BRAKE ASSEMBLY FOR SECURING A CONVEYOR DEVICE, CONVEYOR DEVICE AND CRANE SYSTEM
The invention relates to a brake assembly (1) for securing a conveyor device, in particular a crane system (100), comprising a first brake device (7) which acts on a first drive element (3), a second brake device (8) which acts on a second drive element (5), a transmission device (4), in particular a gearbox, acting between the first and second drive element, a load sensor (13, 13′) which detects a load signal and passes same on to a controller (9), and the controller (9) is designed in such a way that, based on a load signal that exceeds an overload threshold, it initiates an emergency brake status and actuates the first and the second brake device (7, 8) in such a way that they act on the first and second drive element (3, 5) simultaneously within a first brake acting time, wherein one of the first and second brake devices is designed such that it acts on the first and/or the second drive element within a second brake acting time in a normal brake status, and the first brake acting time is shorter than the second brake acting time.
Rope type elevating device
The present invention relates to a rope type elevating device, and more particularly, to a rope type elevating device that can mechanically and safely control the falling speed even if a breakage occurs in the brake being electrically controlled during the elevating and descending operation. The rope type lifting device of the present invention comprising an electronic braking device for winding a conveying rope to move the rope up and down by using power, and a mechanical braking device for mechanically moving the conveying rope up and down, characterizes in that the mechanical braking device comprises: an unlocking lever being rotated by an external force within a predetermined rotation range; a connecting portion connected to the unlocking lever and moving forward by a predetermined amount in conjunction with the rotation of the unlocking lever; a rotating body that rotates by the amount of advancement of the connecting portion and adjusts a pressing force applied to the conveying rope; and a stopper for limiting the rotation range of the rotating body and supporting the pressing force applied to the rope by the rotating body.

Disc locking device
A disc locking device, comprising: a base, a brake clamping block, a support mechanism, a front baffle, a limiting cover plate, a needle roller slide plate and a brake triggering mechanism, and so on. The base includes a bottom plate and two side vertical plates which are integrally arranged on the bottom plate; the two side vertical plates are oppositely arranged, and the inner walls thereof are all lateral slope surfaces, so that a wedge-shaped groove having a large front opening and a small rear opening is formed between the two laterally-vertical plates; and mounting holes penetratingly connected to the brake triggering mechanism are formed on the side vertical plates. The support mechanism includes a front support mechanism and a rear support mechanism.
FREE FALL WINCH
The invention relates to a free fall winch comprising a drum, which can be rotationally driven by a winch drive, wherein a free fall brake is provided for braking the drum in free fall operation. According to the invention, a torque acting on the free fall winch, which depends on the free fall braking torque, is detected by means of a detection device, and a brake actuation force with which the free fall brake is actuated is controlled or adjusted by a control device according to the detected torque.
