Brake winch with reverse release and self-locking function
Disclosed is a brake winch with reverse release and self-locking functions. The brake winch has a housing with first and second side walls, an accommodating space, and an auxiliary bracket part. A rotating disk is screwed in the accommodating space. A main shaft is screwed on one side of the rotating disk in an interlocking manner. A screw adapter is screwed on the second side wall, and includes an inner connection end that is assembled with the main shaft, and its external end has a threaded groove. The axial displacement of a driving screw, which is screwed on the auxiliary bracket, is matched with the difference of forward and reverse rotation to form a screwing transmission or release mode between the stud section and the thread groove. A friction driving mechanism must prompt the drive screw, the clamping plate and the screw adapter to be in a tightly synchronized state.
EFFORT TRANSMISSION MODULE
A module for transmission of a force including two toothed wheels which are connected to a main shaft; a first ratchet holder and a second ratchet holder which are provided with a first ratchet and a second ratchet, and are designed such, when they are actuated, to rotate the toothed wheels by support of the ratchet concerned against a tooth of the toothed wheel; a first cam and a second cam, which are designed to actuate respectively the first ratchet according to a first angular course around an axis YY of the first cam, and the second ratchet according to a second angular course around the axis YY of the second cam, which is different from the first angular course.

Retractable docking line
A device for storing and dispensing line for mooring a boat to a dock includes a user interface, an auto-retracting reel assembly, and optionally, a conduit connecting the user interface to the reel assembly. The user interface comprises a canister mounted on a gunwale, or the like, for storing the distal, looped end of a mooring line, a top lid that slides horizontally between an open and closed position, a rail support engaged by the top lid, and a bottom lid having a hole defined therein. The extended mooring line may be locked into place by frictional engagement between the spring loaded top lid and the rail support. To retract the mooring line, a user may open the top lid of the user interface for automated retraction, winding around the reel, until the stopping collar prevents the distal, looped end of the mooring line from passing therethrough.

WINCH TIGHTENING MECHANISM
According to some embodiments, a winch tightening apparatus comprises a mounting plate; it first moment arm coupled to the mounting plate and configured to provide leverage for rotating the mounting plate; and a pawl comprising a first end and a second end. The first end is pivotally coupled to the mounting plate such that the second end pivots to engage a ratchet gear when the mounting plate is rotated in a first direction and pivots to disengage the ratchet gear when the mounting plate is rotated in a second direction opposite the first direction. Some embodiments include a second moment arm coupled to the mounting plate and configured to provide leverage for rotating the mounting plate. Some embodiments include a counterweight coupled to the mounting plate and positioned to rotate the mounting plate in the second direction

Chain hoist
A chain hoist with a chain wheel and a load chain looped around the chain wheel has a shaft rotatably mounted in the housing for driving the chain wheel. A threaded disc with internal thread is connected to an external thread of the shaft and has a drive gear tooth system engaged by a force element actuated manually or motorized. A brake disc rotatable relative to shaft and threaded disc has a braking surface facing a drive surface of the shaft and a braking surface facing the threaded disc. The brake disc has locking teeth engaging a safety catch of the housing. A freewheel device is provided to increase an axial distance between threaded disc and drive surface. Centrifugal elements with outward friction surface are fixed to the threaded disc and expand outwardly against a spring force to contact a braking surface of the housing with their friction surface.

Lifting gear
A lever hoist includes a housing in which a load chain wheel and a drive shaft driving the load chain wheel via a transmission are rotatably mounted, as well as a safety brake. A load chain is movable via the load chain wheel. The safety brake implements emergency braking in response to excessive rotational speed of the drive shaft. The safety brake includes a locking disc with teeth and a control disc with control cams. The locking disc and the control disc are rotatable in a limited manner. A catch hook is movable in a swiveling manner and has a latch contour at a front end and a sensing contour at a rear end. The sensing contour rests on the control disc. When a defined rotational speed is exceeded, the sensing contour lifts off the control disc. The latch contour engages with a locking tooth of the locking disc.
