MINE EXPLOSION-ISOLATING HOISTING DEVICE WITH BUILT-IN TYPE PERMANENT MAGNET MOTOR
A mine explosion-isolating hoisting device with a built-in type permanent magnet motor includes a spindle fixed on the ground; a permanent magnet motor stator fixed on the spindle; a drum rotating relative to the spindle, the drum surrounding the spindle circumferentially; and a permanent magnet motor external rotor fixed by a spoke plate and rotating relative to the spindle; the drum is connected to the permanent magnet motor external rotor via an isolating disc; and a radial distance between an outer circumferential surface of the permanent magnet motor external rotor and an inner wall of the drum is greater than a preset value.
Electric Winch Comprising a Fully Integrated Cooling System
An electric winch has a winch drum and a winch base. The winch drum has a drive train with an electric motor. The winch base has mounting portions being configured for rotatably holding and supporting the winch drum and the drive train. The electric winch further has a liquid-based cooling system. The winch base has a foot portion in between the mounting portions. The liquid-based cooling system is a closed-loop system and is integrated in the foot portion of the electric winch base, mounting portions, and winch drum without requiring connection to further liquid-connection points.
Self-raising winch boom and control systems and methods associated therewith
A winch boom system and method includes a frame, a shaft supported by the frame, and a winch drum attached to the shaft such that rotation of the shaft about a shaft axis rotates the winch drum. A boom is pivotably coupled to the frame, the boom defining a cavity in which the winch drum is positioned. A winch rope is wound about the winch drum, passing through the cavity of the boom, and extending from the boom at a point distal from the winch drum.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR A WORK MACHINE HAVING A HYDRAULIC WINCH
A hydraulic system for powering a winch assembly of a work machine includes a hydraulic reservoir, a pump, a cooling system, a first path of travel, and a second path of travel. The first path of travel is disposed between the pump and the cooling system, and the winch assembly is powered by the hydraulic fluid moving along the first path of travel. The second path of travel is disposed between the pump and the cooling system. When the winch assembly is in an active condition, a first valve is in an open position such that the hydraulic fluid moves along the first path of travel and through the cooling system. When the winch assembly is in an idle condition, a second valve is in an open position such that the hydraulic fluid moves along the second path of travel and through the cooling system.
Cable machine with multiple bearings
A machine for manufacturing cables includes a winch that includes a tube, which includes at least a pulley, a reducer and an input shaft to the reducer in its interior. A system for attaching the reducer includes two concentric bearings. An outer bearing is attached to the reducer and the tube, and an inner bearing is attached to the pulley and outer bearing, such that the pulley is supported by the inner bearing and by bearings of the input shaft of the reducer.
RESCUE HOIST COOLING SYSTEM
A hoist, in accordance with various embodiments, is disclosed herein. The hoist comprises a cooling apparatus coupled to a motor and disposed within a torque tube. The cooling apparatus may operate with the hoist or independently of the hoist. The cooling apparatus may pull air external to a housing of the hoist through the torque tube and cool the motor and/or a controller of the hoist.
Selectively positionable winch assemblies with releasable clamps
A winch assembly including a winch housing body, an attachment structure, and one or more releasable clamps. The winch housing body may comprise a front wall, a rear wall, and at least one connecting wall that extends between the front wall and the rear wall. The front wall, rear wall, and connecting wall define a winch-receiving volume sized to house a winch device therein. The winch device may include a motor, a drum that is operatively connected to the motor, and a cable that is operatively connected to the drum. The attachment structure may be attached to the distal end of the cable. The one or more releasable clamps may be mounted to the rear wall. The one or more releasable clamps may be configured to clamp onto support rails of differing widths.
Winch for a vehicle having damage protection
A winch and method for operating the winch includes a winch body having a first drum support, a second drum support and a drum rotatably coupled to the first drum support and the second drum support. The winch further comprises a plurality of gears coupled to the second drum support and the drum. A motor is coupled to the drum through the plurality of gears. A motor cover is coupled to the first drum support. A gear cover is coupled to the second drum support and houses the plurality of gears therein. A supplemental cover covers at least a portion of the motor cover or a portion of the gear cover or both.
LIFTER
A lifter is disclosed. The disclosed lifter comprises: a frame; a motor part coupled to the frame; a drum rotatably coupled to the motor part and including a plurality of winding parts formed at regular intervals along the rotary shaft direction; and a plurality of wires coupled to be wound on the plurality of winding parts, respectively. Ends of the plurality of wires at one side thereof may be connected to the plurality of winding parts, respectively, and other ends of the plurality of wires may be detachably fixed to a ceiling.
