Jack and support device
A jacking device for lifting and supporting earthmoving equipment or vehicles, the jacking device including: a base; a jacking leg mounted to the base, the jacking leg for lifting a load to an elevated position; a top plate mounted to the jacking leg, the top plate for engaging the load; and, a support member mounted directly or indirectly to the base, wherein the support member is positionable to engage the top plate and thereby provide additional support to the load in the elevated position.
Method and apparatus for raising a structure
A system and method for raising a structure, or part thereof, the system comprising vertical jack members connected and disposed about a rail system attached about the periphery of the structure. The vertical jack members comprise an outer sleeve and a slidable inner portion that is driven vertically by a jack screw and drive block. Extensible diagonal cross-braces stabilize the jack members and structure being raised.
JACK SYSTEM
The present invention relates to inspection and repair of piping, pipe supports and other often elevated cable racks on chemical, metallurgical and other industrial plants. In particular, the invention relates to devices and systems for lifting or raising heavy objects relatively short heights. More specifically, the invention relates to a jack system and a jack used with said system.

Two speed trailer jack with friction clutch
A linear jack includes a coarse nut threadedly coupled to a first rotating screw and a first sleeve mounted to the coarse nut (the first rotating screw, the first sleeve, and the coarse nut collectively a high-speed assembly), and a second sleeve threadedly coupled to a second rotating screw (the second sleeve and the second rotating screw collectively a low-speed assembly). The coarse nut is configured to operate in a first mode where the coarse nut is held from rotating with the first rotating screw to convert rotational motion of the first rotating screw into translating motion of the coarse nut and the first sleeve. The coarse nut is configured to operate in a second mode where the coarse nut rotates with the first rotating screw so that only the low-speed assembly operates to extend the second sleeve.

Lifting column transmission assembly and lifting column
A transmission assembly for a lifting column is provided. The lifting column includes an inner tube. The transmission assembly includes a hollow spindle, a transmission screw, a sleeve sleeved over the hollow spindle, a guide tube limited in the sleeve, and an actuating device actuating the guide tube to rotate. The guide tube and the hollow spindle are synchronously rotatable and axially expandable and retractable relative to each other. The transmission screw and the hollow spindle are synchronously rotatable and are axially expandable and retractable relative to each other. The actuating device is disposed in the inner tube and securely mounted to an upper end of the sleeve. A lower end of the sleeve is securely connected with a first transmission nut that is threadedly-fitted with the hollow spindle, the first transmission nut is securely coupled to the inner tube, and the upper end of the sleeve is movably disposed.

Telescopic arm for a refuse vehicle
A telescopic side arm for a refuse vehicle has an inner and outer boom. A mounting assembly secures the outer boom with a refuse vehicle. A plurality of bearing pads is positioned between the inner and outer booms to provide smooth movement between the inner and outer booms. A plurality of shims is associated with the bearing pads to assure a tight fit between the inner and outer booms.
Portable battery powered jack
A screw jack with a lead screw that disengages from a traveling nut to prevent overdrive directly coupled to an electric motor though a series of planetary gears. A battery adapter mounted on an outer tube of the jack for attachment of a user's selected battery to the motor. A lift accessory with two lifting points, one a hook and the other a channel, bolted to a support bracket attached to an outer tube of the jack. A hanging accessory with toggle clamps at opposite ends of a beam for suspending the jack such as from a roll cage of an ATV.
