An improved vehicle jack includes a motorized lift plate that either raises or lowers a vehicle when the motor is operated in one of two directions. The jack also includes a lug-nut removal tool formed of a telescoping, pivotal shaft having an adjustable head at an upper end. A plurality of motorized, magnetized sockets are positioned on the head for tightening and loosening lug nuts. Accordingly, the lift plate is activated to raise the vehicle, and the sockets are properly positioned to automatically remove, retain, and reinstall the wheel's lug nuts.

A carrying mobile robot includes a frame, a suspension system disposed at the bottom of the frame, and a lifting mechanism disposed on the frame. The suspension system includes two suspension mechanisms disposed on the left and right sides, each of which includes a supporting beam, a driving wheel, a connecting member and a first driven wheel. The first driven wheel and the driving wheel respectively support the front and rear ends of the supporting beam, and the connecting member is connected to the supporting beam and located between the driving wheel and the first driven wheels. The lifting mechanism includes a plurality of lifting members, a first driving system for driving the lifting member and a transmission system for transmitting the driving force of the first drive system to the lifting members.

JACKSTAND FOR AUTOMATED TRAILER LOADING DOCK

Automated jackstand systems and methods deploy a jackstand to support a front end of a trailer parked at an automated loading dock. The jackstand prevents collapse of the trailer's landing gear and prevents upending of the trailer during loading and unloading. Advantageously, by deploying the jackstand automatically, presence of personnel in the yard where tractors and trailers are moving is not required.

LIFT MECHANSIM

A removable lift for a hand truck for providing lifting functions to a traditional hand truck. The removable lift includes a motor for causing a toe plate to move up or down. The motor and moving toe plate may be operated using a control panel.

ANGULATED PARKING

A parking robot includes a lifting rail, a wheel clamp, and a lift motor. The wheel clamp is disposed on the lifting rail and is moveable from a first position to a second position along the lifting rail. The lift motor is operatively connected to the lifting rail and moves the wheel clamp from the first position to the second position.

Tire caddy jack
12017478 · 2024-06-25 ·

A system for a tire caddy and jack device to help a user easily perform tire changes on various-sized vehicles is disclosed. The Tire Caddy Jack is built using a base box supported by a plurality of casters that permits the entire Tire Caddy Jack to be moved easily around an automobile repair facility or garage. A scissor lift assembly is mounted in the center of the top surface of the base box. A scissor lift crank attaches to the scissor lift assembly that when turned will cause the scissor lift assembly to extend upwards, raising the tire and wheel above the ground. The tire and wheel rest upon rollers that are coupled to a pair of twin half roller arms mounted on top of the scissor lift assembly, permitting the tire and wheel to smoothly be raised and lowered to mount and unmount the tire and wheel onto a vehicle. The Tire Caddy Jack supports the tire and wheel while the mechanic removes or replaces the lug nuts or lug bolts that hold the tire and wheel on the vehicle.

Tire and wheel lift assistance assembly and method

A tire and wheel lift assembly for facilitating the removal and installation of wheel/tire assemblies for vehicles includes a rolling frame member that is generally U-shaped, having a center support member and a pair of parallel side support members. A first roller is disposed on a first side support member, and a second roller is attached to a slidable support member so that the rollers are positioned in parallel relation at the same height. The rollers are used to support a wheel/tire assembly, and the slidable support member may slide along the center support member. An adjustment mechanism controls the slidable support member, which can either raise or lower the height of the wheel/tire assembly by sliding the slidable member toward or away from the first roller.

CARRYING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FRONTAL REMOVAL OF A ROLL BODY FROM A ROLL FRAME, AND ROLL FRAME HAVING A ROLL BODY WHICH CAN BE REMOVED FRONTALLY

A carrying device (1) for the frontal removal of a roll body from a roll frame, comprising a main frame (2) and a receiving section (3) for the roll body. The receiving section (3) can be transferred from an introduction position (E) into a supporting position (S). The receiving section (3) has a profile which at least partially encloses the roll body in the supporting position (S), and the carrying device (1) can be pushed in below the roll body with the receiving section (3) in the introduction position (E), and the roll body is carried with the receiving section (3) in the supporting position (S).
