An Article Handling System
An article handling system for a naval surface warfare vessel/ship comprises a lower frame and an upper frame interconnected by a plurality of scissor lift linkages. A plurality of drive units are configured to translate an article mounted article bed in an upward and a downward, a forward and a rearward, and a tilting translational degrees of freedom. Each of said drive units are configured to switch said article handling system from a retracted position to an extended operating position. The article handling system may be controlled manually or by a control unit or a handheld controller.
Removable bearing system for a gunner stand
The invention provides systems and devices for an easily replaceable bearing system for a gunner stand of a vehicle. The bearing system reduces vibration from the vehicle on the bearings, decreases wear and tear, and reduces audible rattling. The bearing system includes a shuttle having a backplate and protruding geometry. Biased members are removably attached to the protruding geometry and are configured to create tension on rails of a gunner stand, holding the bearing system within the rails.
DROP TABLE WITH MOTOR FEEDBACK
A drop table can provide optimized lifting operations by employing motor feedback to generate and adapt a lifting strategy that controls lifting parameters. A lifting module may be connected to a first motor and consist of a lifting controller. The first motor can be mechanically coupled to a first lifting column by a first transmission and to a second lifting column by a second transmission. A service component can be lowered with the first and second lifting columns by activating the first motor that provides motor feedback. A lifting strategy can be generated in response to the motor feedback and subsequently executed to move the service component to a servicing position.
LINEAR DRIVE
A linear drive has a linear unit for carrying out a linear movement, a motor for the motorized driving of the linear unit, and a drive connection which extends from the motor as far as the linear unit. In order to ensure reliable operation even in the event of a power failure, it is proposed that the linear drive have a centrifugal brake which is rotationally coupled to the drive connection.
CONVEYING DEVICE AND BATTERY SWAP STATION
The invention provides a conveying device. The conveying device comprises: a bottom platform, the bottom platform comprising a horizontal guide rail; a hoisting device, the hoisting device being arranged on the bottom platform and capable of moving along the horizontal guide rail of the bottom platform, the hoisting device comprising a base, a hoisting beam and a hoisting mechanism between the base and the hoisting beam, and the hoisting mechanism enabling the hoisting beam to ascend or descend relative to the base, wherein both the base and the hoisting beam extend in a direction parallel to the horizontal guide rail of the bottom platform; and a driving device, the driving device being capable of driving the hoisting device to move along the horizontal guide rail.
System, method and apparatus for aligning tubes of a heat exchanger
An apparatus for aligning tubes of a heat exchanger includes a generally planar body having an insertion end and an actuator end, a first driving member received by the body and extending between the insertion end and the actuator end, the first driving member being movable axially with respect to the body, and a first biasing member operatively connected to the first driving member. The first driving member is actuatable to move the first biasing member between a clearance position in which the first biasing member lays generally flat within respect to the body, and an extended position in which the first biasing member extends generally perpendicular from the body.
LINEAR ACTUATOR WITH CONTACT TYPE SAFETY NUT, AND AERIAL WORK PLATFORM
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of aerial work platforms, in particular to a linear actuator with a contact type safety nut, and an aerial work platform. The linear actuator includes a central screw, a driving nut mechanism, and a safety nut mechanism. The central screw has a screw raceway. The safety nut mechanism includes a safety nut seat sleeved at the periphery of the central screw. Limit hole channels pointing to the central screw are arranged on the safety nut seat. An elastic buffer element is arranged in each of the limit hole channels. A safety ball is arranged between the elastic buffer element and the central screw. The contact type safety nut enables the linear actuator to always keep safety, stability, and no loss of accuracy in a conversion process that the safety nut mechanism gets involved to take effect while the driving nut mechanism fails.
TRANSPORT CARRIAGE
A cart that reduces impact on a load placed on a loading platform 50. The cart 10 includes a drive that raises/lowers the platform 50 by rotating a motor which extends/retracts a mechanism 70 vertically. The drive rotates the motor when an external force raises/lowers the platform 50 and extends/retracts the mechanism 70. When a control device detects lowering of the platform 50 held at a predetermined vertical position and detects an increase in weight of the load on the platform 50 based on an output signal of a rotation sensor that detects rotation of the motor and an output signal of a current sensor that detects a drive current of the motor, the control device controls the motor such that the platform 50 is raised and held at the either the predetermined vertical position or a vertical position lower than that position.
LINEAR DRIVE
The invention is based on a linear drive comprising a linear unit for carrying out a linear movement, a motor for the motorized driving of the linear unit and a drive connection which extends from the motor as far as the linear unit. In order to ensure reliable operation even in the event of a power failure, it is proposed that the linear drive have a centrifugal brake which is rotationally coupled to the drive connection.
