System and method for raising a bed off the floor
An apparatus includes a plurality of base plates structured to be positioned on a surface, and a bed frame comprising a plurality of rails configured to receive a bed thereon. A lifting assembly is coupled to each of the base plates and the bed frame. The lifting assembly includes a plurality of lifting members pivotally coupled to base plates and the plurality of rails of the bed frame. A securing mechanism selectively secures at least a portion of the lifting members in a fixed position. The lifting assembly is movable between a first configuration in which the plurality of rails of the bed frame, and thereby the bed positioned thereon, is positioned proximate to the surface, and a second configuration in which the plurality of rails of the bed frame and, thereby the bed are raised off the surface.
EXTENDABLE PLATFORM LIFT ASSEMBLY
An extendable lift assembly, comprising a sliding rail assembly, including a plate and a knuckle arm pivotably connected to the plate, and a first platform pivotably connected to the knuckle arm.
ADJUSTABLE SPAN TINE PALLET JACK
A pallet jack includes a base and a pair of tines extending from the base. The pair of tines including a first tine and a second tine. A load wheel supports an outer end of each of the pair of tines. Each load wheel is configured to move toward and away from the respective tine to raise the tine off a floor on which the load wheel is supported. The first tine including a support surface configured to selectively be a lowermost surface of the tine to facilitate lateral displacement of the first tine.
LIFTING PLATFORM FOR LIFTING VEHICLES
The invention relates to a lifting platform with two lifting devices (24, 70) arranged at a distance from one another, which are oriented to a common longitudinal center axis (16) of the lifting platform (11) and between which a working space (54) for lifting and lowering of vehicles (51) is provided, wherein each lifting device (24, 70) comprises a carrier (31), which is movable up and down and each carrier (31) receives at least two support arms (34), which are respectively mounted pivotably about a pivot axis (43, 44) on the carrier (31), so that these are orientable, in a starting position, parallel to the longitudinal center axis (16) and pivotable into the working space (54) in a use position, wherein each longitudinal axis (42) of the carrier (31) is oriented parallel to the longitudinal center axis (16) and a straight connecting line (45), which extends between the at least two pivot axes (43, 44), which are arranged at a distance to the carrier (31), are oriented in an acute angle a to the longitudinal axis (42) of the carrier (31) in such a manner, that two pivot axes (43) arranged to the longitudinal center axis (16) in a mirror-inverted manner have a greater distance to the longitudinal center axis (16) than the at least two further pivot axes (44) of the carriers (31). LIFTING PLATFORM
The invention relates to a lifting platform, in particular moveable lifting platform, for lifting vehicles with two base assembly halves (14), which are respectively firmly arranged to one another with a middle part (15) via a connecting point (45, 46), wherein the middle part (15), with a connecting section (48), is detachably fastened to a lateral surface (49) of a housing (21) of the base assembly half (14) to form the connecting points (45, 46) with, respectively, a lifting device (24) arranged on the base assembly half (14), which device is transferable from a starting position arranged on the base into a working position (32), and which respectively comprises a carrier (31) on an end region of the lifting device (24), and each carrier (31) receives at least one support arm (34), wherein the middle part (15) is connected with the respective housing (21) of the base assembly half (14) with one another and are aligned with respect to each other through a form-fit plug connection (51).
EXTENDABLE PLATFORM LIFT ASSEMBLY
An extendable lift assembly for a vehicle, including a sliding rail assembly, including a plate slidably connected to the vehicle, and a knuckle arm pivotably connected to the plate, a first platform pivotably connected to the knuckle arm, and a second platform extending from and pivotably connected to the plate.
Reinforced universal aircraft mule
A universal aircraft mule having a rollable and steerable frame and an interchangeable, load-carrying cradle configured for removably supporting and carrying an auxiliary. The frame tiltably and liftably supports the cradle with a lift assembly. The lift assembly raises and lowers the cradle in relation to the frame and tilts the cradle in relation to the frame. The cradle also allows an auxiliary to be skewed within the cradle to facilitate loading and unloading of the auxiliary.
Personal lift mechanism
A personal lift mechanism and method are disclosed. The personal lift mechanism comprises: a lift having a base structure which pivotally retains a pair of struts which are pivotally coupled with a lift platform; an actuator coupled with at least one of the pair of struts; and a damper coupled with the actuator and operable to dissipate kinetic energy transferred between the lift platform and the actuator. In this way, less mechanically-robust components are required for the lift mechanism, damage to those components and the actuator is less likely, and any load on the lift platform and/or base structure will experience reduced shock due to the energy being instead dissipated within the damper.
Portable and foldable lift
A portable and foldable lift can be attached to a surface such as a tailgate of a truck. The lift can be slid off the gate and used to lift heavy objects from the ground to the bed of the truck. The portable and foldable lift is returned in a folded position to the tailgate for easy storage. The portable and foldable lift can also be attached to a work bench, either on top or underneath, and can be folded up and stored out of the way.
VEHICLE LIFT AND SWIVEL MOUNT
Embodiments of vehicle lifts and swivel mounts are disclosed. A lifting system for a vehicle comprises a vehicle lift and a mount configured to attach to the vehicle lift. The mount has a saddle comprising a horizontal plate and first and second side plates extending from opposing sides of the horizontal plate; a pair of raceways disposed atop the horizontal plate defining a channel; a plurality of ball bearings disposed within the channel; a tray rotatably secured to the horizontal plate, the tray being freely rotatable atop the ball bearings; and at least one tie down secured to the saddle. A vehicle is positioned atop the mount and is rotatable via the tray. Rotation of the vehicle is temporarily impeded by strapping the vehicle to the tie down.
