Described is ballast for a rotary tower, comprising: a main body (10), equipped with coupling means designed to allow a connection to the rotary tower; a detecting device (11, 12, 13), associated with the main body (10), designed for detecting the presence of an obstacle positioned at a distance less than a predetermined safety distance from the main body (10), and for emitting a proximity signal, signifying the presence of an obstacle at a distance less than the safety distance from the main body (10).

CARGO CONTAINER LIFT TRUCK
A cargo container lift truck includes a body having a bottom, the body including drive wheels and at least one turning whee l at the bottom, a lift nose capable of going up and down along the body, the lift nose including a lift body that goes up and down along the body, and fork levers disposed at two sides of the front of the lift body, the bottom of the fork levers having support rods to hold up a cargo container. A movement drive device drives the drive wheels, and a lift drive device drives the lift nose up and down. The body further includes a pivotable handle, the handle including buttons that control movement of the body forward and backward, and control raising and lowering of the lift nose.

Pallet Jack Motor Assembly
A pallet jack motor assembly includes a motor unit that is attachable to a planar surface of a pallet jack. A drive unit is coupled to and angles downwardly from the motor unit and the drive unit is in mechanical communication with the motor unit. The drive unit includes a friction wheel which frictionally engages a wheel on the pallet jack. The friction wheel rotates the wheel on the pallet jack when the motor is turned on thereby facilitating the pallet jack to be powered. In this way the pallet jack can transport a pallet without requiring a user to manually push the pallet jack. A control is removably attachable to a handle of the pallet jack for controlling the drive unit.
