The present disclosure provides a lift truck weighing system that includes a plurality of sensors configured to measure forces acting on a lift truck. In particular, the sensors are secured at one or more interfaces between a plurality of axles and a chassis of the lift truck. In some examples, the sensors are secured to and/or incorporated with a plurality of axles configured to support the lift truck wheels, such as to or within the axles.
Robot Delivery System
A system for delivering an article from a first location to a second location with a robot having a closeable transport container for housing the article during transport. A closeable recipient container is provided at the second location for receiving the article. At least one computer configured to navigate the robot over an outdoor transportation network between locations is provided. The robot has a robot article transport mechanism controlled by the at least one computer for removing the article from the transport container and the recipient container has a recipient article transport mechanism for moving the article inside the recipient container.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR VEHICLE POSITION CALIBRATION USING RACK LEG IDENTIFICATION AND MAST SWAY COMPENSATION
A materials handling vehicle includes a camera, odometry module, processor, and drive mechanism. The camera captures images of an identifier for a racking system aisle and a rack leg portion in the aisle. The processor uses the identifier to generate information indicative of an initial rack leg position and rack leg spacing in the aisle, generate an initial vehicle position using the initial rack leg position, generate a vehicle odometry-based position using odometry data and the initial vehicle position, detect a subsequent rack leg using a captured image, correlate the detected subsequent rack leg with an expected vehicle position using rack leg spacing, generate an odometry error signal based on a difference between the positions, and update the vehicle odometry-based position using the odometry error signal and/or generated mast sway compensation to use for end of aisle protection and/or in/out of aisle localization.
INSULATION RESISTANCE DETECTION DEVICE AND FORKLIFT TRUCK
The disclosure relates to an insulation resistance detection device and a forklift truck. The insulation resistance detection device includes a detection module, a voltage conditioning module, and a control module. The device uses a first voltage dividing unit and a second voltage dividing unit to replace the inverting amplifier circuit, to obtain a positive voltage corresponding to the voltage of the negative electrode of the battery to be detected with respect to the first reference ground, thereby reducing costs of the insulation resistance detection device. The control module calculates the first insulation resistance of the positive electrode of the battery to be detected with respect to the first reference ground and the second insulation resistance of the negative electrode of the battery to be detected with respect to the first reference ground according to the first voltage and the third voltage.

The disclosure relates to an insulation resistance detection device and a forklift truck. The insulation resistance detection device includes a detection module, a voltage conditioning module, and a control module. Lift attachment apparatus
The present disclosure is a lift attachment apparatus for construction and farm equipment, including a loader. In an embodiment of the disclosure, lift apparatus may include a frame including an attachment device configured to attach to a tilting plane of a loader having a forward facing loader arm, a pair of wheels connected to the frame, a first wheel of the pair of wheels located on a first side of the frame and a second wheel of the pair of wheels located on a second side of the frame. The lift attachment apparatus may further include a boom or forks connected directly or indirectly to the frame, wherein control of the boom or forks is provided by application of force to the attachment device by the forward facing loader arm in a downward direction to create lift and rotation of the tilting plane causing rotation of an end of the boom or forks about the first wheel and the second wheel. The first wheel and second wheel being mechanically aligned to act as a stable fulcrum.
Forklift
A forklift includes a cabin and a seat for use by a driver arranged in the cabin. The cabin has a lateral opening to enter and exit the cabin, and the seat is mounted rotatably relative to the cabin. There is a safety bracket for preventing the driver from involuntarily exiting the cabin through the lateral opening, and for providing lateral impact protection. The safety bracket is mechanically connected to the seat to be rotatable together with the seat.
Lifting mechanism and lifting device with the lifting mechanism
The present invention discloses a lifting mechanism mounted on a lifting device, wherein the lifting device includes a carrying unit. The lifting mechanism is disposed under the carrying unit, and comprises a driving assembly and a lifting assembly. The driving assembly includes an axle fixing part, a drive wheel and a power source, and the lifting assembly includes a screw nut and a screw rod. An upper end of the screw rod is fixedly connected to the carrying unit. When the lifting mechanism is traveling, each drive wheel is in contact with a base surface and moves the lifting device on the base surface; and when lifting, each drive wheel rotates on the base surface to drive the screw nut to rotate about a vertical axis relative to the carrying unit, to drive the screw rod to lift the carrying unit along the vertical direction.

The present disclosure relates to a position detection apparatus and a position detection method of a distribution object, a robot, a distribution apparatus, and a controller, and relates to the field of robots. The apparatus includes: a plurality of ranging sensors arranged on an end surface of a protrusion member of a robot facing a placement region of the distribution object, wherein the protrusion member is located on a chassis of the robot and each of the plurality of ranging sensors is configured to detect a distance between the ranging sensor and an end surface of the distribution object facing the plurality of ranging sensors; and a controller configured to determine that the distribution object has been located at a predetermined position above the chassis in a case where the distance detected by each of the plurality of ranging sensors is not greater than a first distance threshold.
LIQUID-COOLED INTEGRATIVE POWER SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC FORKLIFT AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses a liquid-cooled integrative power system for electric forklift and a control method thereof. It includes an integrated transmission gearbox, an integrated motor controller, an oil pump and a vehicle controller. The integrated transmission gearbox includes a drive motor transmission mechanism and an oil pump motor transmission mechanism. The integrated motor controller includes a control unit for a drive motor and a control unit for an oil pump motor. The integrated transmission gearbox, the integrated motor controller, the drive motor, the oil pump motor, the oil pump and the vehicle controller are completely integrated and mounted to form the liquid-cooled integrative power system for electric forklift. The vehicle controller comprehensively controls the integrative power system.
