HOIST AND SUPPLEMENTAL SUPPORT SYSTEM
20220063968 · 2022-03-03 ·

The hoist comprises a base, first and second lower arms, first and second upper arms, and one or more blocking members. The first and second lower arms are pivotally coupled to the base. The first lower arm is pivotally coupled to the first upper arm. The second lower arm is pivotally coupled to the second upper arm. The lower arms and upper arms are adapted to move between an unraised condition to a raised condition. Each of the blocking members is adapted to move between a supporting position and a non-supporting position. Each blocking member, when in the supporting position, prevents the lower arms and upper arms from moving from the raised condition to the unraised condition.

Floor jack with integrated support and method of use

A hydraulic floor jack with an integrated support is disclosed. The floor jack can be used with the floor jack oriented in any orientation relative to the orientation of a vehicle to be raised. The support remains suspended above the ground allowing the floor jack to roll along the ground while the vehicle is being raised. The support is then biased firmly on the ground, under weight of the vehicle, while the vehicle is suspended. A method of use of a hydraulic floor jack is also disclosed.

Vehicle jack device

Disclosed is a vehicle jack device. The vehicle jack device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a base portion in which an inserting hole into which a hinge shaft is inserted is formed and which is supported on a bottom side; a pair of lower arms of which a first portion is installed in the hinge shaft of the base portion in a rotatable way and in which a reinforcing rib is formed in a lengthwise direction; a pair of upper arms respectively installed in a second portion of the lower arm, and on which a reinforcing rib is formed in a lengthwise direction; a bracket member for fixing a first portion of the upper arm in a rotatable way; and a driver installed between the lower arm and the upper arm and providing a tucking driving force to the lower arm and the upper arm. Herein, multiple reinforcing ribs are formed with different heights in a lengthwise direction of the lower arm and wherein the upper arm, the base portion, the lower arm, the upper arm, and the bracket member are made of a plastic material.

Tilt-safe, high-capacity lift device
11124398 · 2021-09-21 · ·

A lifting device with a head cavity in the lifting member shaped to accept a removable lifting head. The head cavity in the lifting device—e.g., the piston of a bottle jack—may be provided with threads, or may have the threads removed. A yoke fitted on the lifting head provides registration, horizontal restraint, or both against a lifted object, component, or surface to prevent sliding off the lifting head while in use. In a smooth-walled-shaft embodiment, a set of risers (spacers, adjusters, trims, or shims) serves to adjust an extension height of the shaft, elevating the lifting head with respect to the piston prior to beginning to lift the hydraulic piston.

A chassis member for a hydraulic floor jack having angled side frame members which have a curved upper surface and provide an inner wall attached to a rear side frame and an outer wall attached to a tapered surface of a caster support bracket.

Cabin lifter for a material transfer unit

The present disclosure relates to a cabin lifter for a material transfer unit comprising at least one hydraulic cylinder supported in a damped manner. The present disclosure is further directed to a corresponding damping bush for damping the hydraulic cylinder and to a material transfer unit comprising a corresponding cabin lifter.

Hydraulic lifting support, washing machine with the hydraulic lifting support, and controlling method thereof

The present disclosure provides a hydraulic lifting support, washing machine and controlling method. The hydraulic lifting support comprises a hydraulic support, a communicating device and a liquid storage device. The hydraulic support comprises a fix section installed at a bottom of a household appliance, a movable adjustment section sleeved with the fix section and axially movable relative to the fix section; an accommodation chamber is arranged between the fix section and the movable adjustment section; at least two hydraulic supports and a liquid storage device are communicated with each other by a communicating device; the hydraulic medium flows between the hydraulic supports along with the pressure changing, and the hydraulic medium drives the movable adjustment section to move axially for leveling under pressure; the hydraulic medium is injected into/sucked from the hydraulic supports through the liquid storage device to control the lifting and lowering adjustment of the hydraulic supports.
