Portable aerator
A portable aerator comprising: a main aeration body; a base portion; an internal cavity; at least one ventilation shaft; a spout portion; an aeration opening; and an aeration inlet. The internal cavity comprises a threaded channel and cavity extends from a base portion opening to a spout portion opening. The internal cavity is configured to pass a liquid, such as wine that enters the internal cavity body at the base opening out through the spout portion opening. The threaded channel is threaded on an interior surface, such that the threaded channel is configured to matingly engage and disengage with a worm of a corkscrew bottle opening device, such as a waiter's wine key, via twisting and untwisting, respectively. The aerator device may have at least one ventilation shaft, an aeration shaft, and/or an extension tube.

CAPSULE FOR FLANGED CORK STOPPER, CAPSULATED STOPPER COMPRISING SAID CAPSULE AND PRODUCTION PROCESS OF THE CAPSULATED STOPPER
The invention relates to a capsule (1) for a flanged cork stopper, the capsule (1) having a body (2) comprising a top (3) and a cavity (4) inside which at least two anti-rotation splines (5) are arranged, and the capsule further comprising an axial retention chamber (6) disposed within said cavity (4), wherein retention chamber (6) is shaped to receive and axially retain a flange of a flanged cork stopper. The invention also relates to a capsulated stopper comprising a flanged stopper, the flange of which is attached to the capsule (1) of the invention. The invention further relates to the production process of said capsulated stopper.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SELF RELEASING CHAMPAGNE CORK WITH ELECTROMECHANICAL RELEASE MECHANISM
A system and method for easily operated self-releasing stopper/cork for bottles of compressed liquids. The corks have a gas bladder that is designed to be inserted in a bottle and inflated, the bladder having a ribbed or smooth exterior to complete the sealing of the bottle whereby a gas release mechanism can be activated by depressing a button on a cap or via an on-board micro controller and/or electro-mechanical release solution in the cap. Once the gas is released from the top of the bladder the pressure inside the vessel will collapse the bladder's bottom and eject the cork assembly from the bottle.
SLEEVE TYPE BOTTLE OPENER SUITABLE FOR BOTTLE STOPPERS OF DIFFERENT SIZES
The present invention relates to the field of sleeve type bottle openers, in particular to a sleeve type bottle opener suitable for bottle stoppers of different sizes. The sleeve type bottle opener comprises a cylindrical sleeve body and a bottle mouth guide part, wherein the bottle mouth guide part is arranged at a lower end of the sleeve body. According to the present invention, rigid claws fixed to rigid walls as well as elastic claws fixed to elastic walls are arranged on an inner wall of the sleeve type bottle opener; the diameter of an inscribed circle corresponding to the elastic claws can vary with the stretching of the elastic walls, so that the sleeve type bottle opener can be applied to bottle stoppers of different sizes.

Wine opener with interior threads
The industry-standard corkscrew has numerous flaws resulting in broken corkseven in the hands of a professional. The present invention is a radical departure from the traditional corkscrew apparatus. The opener generally consists of the handle and an internally threaded half-pipe. The half-pipe slides between the cork and the bottle, wherein the series of threads engage the cork. Rotating the handle causes the threads to bore deeper into the neck of the bottle until the handles meets the lip of the bottle, and then lift the cork out of the bottle until it disengages and falls away from the opener. It should be appreciated that the elegance of the opener resides in its simplicity.
BOTTLE STRIKING
A bottle assembly includes: a pressurized bottle of fluid having an elongated body and a neck extending contiguously from the body to a top portion including an outwardly projecting annular flange; and a bottle severing mechanism including a bottle striker carried by the bottle and residing below the top portion. The bottle striker includes: a frame mounted to move relative to the bottle in response to an impact by a saber while remaining coupled to the bottle; and a striking edge extending from the frame and aligned with a lower surface of the annular flange of the bottle, such that movement of the frame relative to the bottle causes the striking edge to strike the lower surface of the annular flange to sever the top portion of the bottle from the body.
