A device for uncorking a bottle of a pressurised liquid such as a bottle of champagne. The device includes a hollow main body with a substantially cylindrical cross-section, with a lower portion including an opening allowing the neck of the bottle to pass therethrough and a profile capable of snap-fitting the lower portion onto the collar of the bottle, an intermediate portion making it possible to grip the device and guide the ejected cork into the main body, and an upper portion including means for trapping the ejected cork so as to make it possible to trap and retain the cork after extracting same.

Self-extracting cap

The invention relates to a self-extracting stopper which can be accommodated inside the neck of the bottle, and which does not require a corkscrew or any other tool for the extraction thereof, formed by an assembly of parts preferably made of a plastic material and which, once assembled, permit a bottle or container to be stoppered. The face of the drum (8) and the surface of revolution of the flexible cylinder (4) can also carry marks that are engraved or in shallow relief. In this way, the assembly of the self-extracting stopper is formed by six elements and a cork cover (1), a nut (2), a flexible cylinder (5), a drum (8), a screw (12) and a wing nut (15), all of which are disposed and assembled according to their axial geometry, and which permit a method and process to be provided whereby bottles and/or containers can be stoppered or opened manually or automatically, and said self-extracting stopper being reusable.

Bottle striking

A bottle assembly includes: a pressurized bottle of fluid having an elongated body and a neck extending contiguously from the body to a top portion including an outwardly projecting annular flange; and a bottle severing mechanism including a bottle striker carried by the bottle and residing below the top portion. The bottle striker includes: a frame mounted to move relative to the bottle in response to an impact by a saber while remaining coupled to the bottle; and a striking edge extending from the frame and aligned with a lower surface of the annular flange of the bottle, such that movement of the frame relative to the bottle causes the striking edge to strike the lower surface of the annular flange to sever the top portion of the bottle from the body.

Bottle stop remover

A tool for removing of a cork or stop of a bottle is shown, as a single piece bottle stop remover and as an assembly having a primary and a secondary bottle stop remover. Such an assembly has both a primary and a secondary bottle stop remover. The primary bottle stop remover has a handle (1) with a gripping part (9), two legs (2, 3), a first end (4, 5) of each leg (2, 3) is fixed to the handle, wherein the handle (1) includes a through-going opening positioned at an outer surface between the at least two legs (2, 3) and a second opening (11) at the opposite outer surface of the handle (1). The secondary bottle stop remover has a handle section (12) and an insertion section (13), and in a use situation the insertion section (13) may be inserted into the through-going opening.
