CONTAINER FILLING SYSTEM AND VALVE FOR SAME

A container filling valve may include a shuttle and a drive sleeve that are magnetically coupled. Movement of the drive sleeve may move the shuttle from a position in which the filling valve is closed to a position in which the filling valve is open. A container handling arm may include a distal end configured to hold a container and a proximal end that includes a load cell. A low flow setpoint system may be configured to arrest closing of a filling valve when that filling valve is partially closed. A pressure control system may be configured to maintain a desired pressure in a reservoir or in a flow path from that reservoir. A product recirculation system may be configured to adjust flow rate in the product recirculation system.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF LIQUID EXTRACTION FROM EMPTY BARRELS
20250066181 · 2025-02-27 · ·

Embodiments described herein relate to systems and methods of extracting liquid from empty barrels. In one aspect, a method includes heating a barrel with less than about 10 ml of free liquid disposed therein to expand pores in the barrel. The method further includes applying, after the heating, a negative pressure to an interior of a vessel in which the barrel is disposed, such that an amount of liquid is extracted from the barrel. The method includes collecting, after the applying, the amount of liquid within a collection container. In some embodiments, collecting the amount of liquid includes pumping the liquid through a tube that is disposed between an outer surface of the barrel and the collection container. In some embodiments, heating the barrel is via a heated blanket wrapped around the barrel. In some embodiments, heating the barrel is via placing the barrel in an oven.

Vacuum bottle stopper for introducing inert gas into a wine container

Vacuum bottle stoppers for wine, particularly suited for partially consumed bottles of wine are disclosed. Systems are also disclosed for evacuating a partially consumed bottle of wine, filling the wine bottle head space with an inert or other gas and the storing the wine bottle while maintaining the inert or other gas in the bottle. The stopper has a vacuum valve and a vacuum indicator in a removable cap. The vacuum valve has a self-closing passageway due to the passageway traversing an elastomeric material. The vacuum indicator moves in response to vacuum and reveals a marking on a valve opener when a desired vacuum is achieved.

AUTOMATIC EXTRACTION DEVICE AND CONNECTOR FOR PERFUME DECANTING
20250083169 · 2025-03-13 ·

An automatic extraction device and connector for perfume decanting are disclosed. In this automatic extraction device, the front end of the piston cylinder is formed with a nozzle. The piston extends into the cavity of the piston cylinder. A press piece is mounted at the rear end of the piston rod and extends to the outside of the piston cylinder. A liner is fixedly provided inside the piston cylinder. The front end of the piston rod passes through the liner and is fixedly connected with the piston. The space between the liner and the nozzle inside the piston cylinder forms the compression space of the piston. The thrust produced by the compression spring on the piston rod drives the piston to have a tendency to move away from the nozzle.
