Beverage Dispensing System for a Motor Vehicle
A beverage dispensing system for a vehicle includes a beverage dispenser and a drinking vessel. The beverage dispenser includes a nozzle having an upwardly directed nozzle tube for dispensing a beverage liquid. The drinking vessel is connectable to the nozzle tube and is fillable with the beverage liquid from a bottom side of the drinking vessel. The drinking vessel has a hollow dome which is opened on its bottom and top sides and is formed by a central section of the bottom side of the drinking vessel extending into the drinking vessel interior. The hollow dome is pushed onto the nozzle tube for the drinking vessel to be filled with the beverage liquid from its bottom side. The drinking vessel may be a cylindrical or truncated conical mug in which the central section of its bottom side is curved into the drinking vessel interior to form the hollow dome.
BEVERAGE SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING A BEVERAGE BY MEANS OF A CAPSULE
A beverage system for producing a beverage based on the contents of a capsule. A capsule support for accommodating a capsule and a dispensing unit for providing the beverage produced based on the contents of the capsule. The beverage system has a carbonizing source configured to provide a carbonizing gas in the beverage system, at least one liquid container for receiving a liquid, and at least one carbonizer configured to carbonize liquid from the liquid container using carbonizing gas from the carbonizing source. A liquid line is configured to conduct non-carbonized liquid directly from the liquid container to the capsule, and a liquid line is configured to conduct carbonized liquid from the carbonizer to the capsule.
Beverage container identification and dispensing control
A system and method for dispensing beverage from a container, such as wine from a wine bottle. An identification element may be secured to a beverage container and include a tag and optically readable code that uniquely identify the container. A dispenser may dispense beverage from a container, and be able to read the tag of the identification element. Information regarding characteristics of beverage in the beverage container may be associated with a corresponding identification element and include a brand, type, vintage or volume of beverage in the container.
PIERCING CAP AND PIERCER
The present application relates to a system for dispensing fluid. The system includes a flexible container including a spout that is in fluid communication with an interior region of the container. The system includes a cap configured to be mounted to the spout. The cap includes an opening that leads to a membrane and a first retention mechanism located in the opening. The system includes a piercing tube having a first end configured to puncture the membrane and a second end configured to be connected to a dispensing tube. The piercing tube includes a seal bead and a second retention mechanism. The piercing tube is inserted into the opening of the cap such that the first end punctures the membrane, the first and second retention mechanisms engage each other to retain the piercing tube in the cap, and the seal bead sealingly engages the cap.
