Liquid dispensing device
A liquid dispensing device includes a needle. The needle is adapted to penetrate a container without tearing out a portion of the container. The portion of the container is near a point of penetration on the container. The liquid dispensing device includes a motion control system. The motion control system is configured to rotate the needle while the needle penetrates the container.
Dispenser for gas-containing beverages, dispensing method and computer program
A device for on-site dispensing of a beverage containing a liquid and a gaseous substance dissolved therein is described. The device includes a dispenser, and a conduit for supplying the beverage to the dispenser. The conduit is configured to be connected to a container suitable for containing at least liquid for obtaining the beverage. The device further includes a pusher for imparting to the beverage a push sufficient to enable the dispensing of the beverage via the dispenser according to a predetermined dispensing condition. Furthermore, the device can include a pressure modulator for modulating the pressure in the conduit, a pressure reducer to be introduced into the container, and a compensator for improving the operation of the device on the basis of one or more automatic controls thereof.
Beverage preservation keg with adjustable beer tap
The present invention provides a beverage preservation keg with an adjustable beer tap, including a shell, an inner container, and a gas-liquid control device; the inner container includes an upper gas storage chamber and a lower beer storage chamber; the gas-liquid control device includes a keg spear, a dispenser and a beer discharge pipe; the keg spear matches and communicates with the gas storage chamber and the beer storage chamber, and the top end of the keg spear matches and is connected to the dispenser; the dispenser is connected to the matching beer discharge pipe. The present invention has the function of adjusting the beer flow rate, and the keg spear is provided with a pressure relief valve, which eliminates the need for a gas tube and a separate pressure relief valve to connect the keg spear to the gas storage chamber in series.
Beverage extractor for sparkling beverages
A system and method for dispensing sparkling and other pressurized beverages from a container. Sparkling wine and other beverages may be dispensed without removing a cork or other closure. One or more needles may be inserted through the closure and sparkling beverage dispensed through the one or more needles. The one or more needles may be inserted at an angle to the vertical or axis of the bottle opening in which the closure is positioned, e.g., to avoid contact with a metal retainer on the closure. Dispensed beverage may be directed to a pressurized reservoir to help maintain or recover carbonation prior to dispensing.
Dispensing appliance provided with a disposable cooling cartridge
A beverage dispensing apparatus having a container containing a beverage and a dispensing tube having three sections. The first section is a cartridge formed by a frame defining a perimeter of an inner area and supporting in the inner area a channel forming a serpentine. An upstream dispensing tube section fluidly connects the interior of the container to an inlet of the channel. A downstream dispensing tube section fluidly connects an outlet of the channel to a tapping valve. The appliance is provided with a cooling unit having a first and second cooling plates separated from one another by a distance defining an insertion slot. The distance separating the cooling plates can be varied, from a loading distance, d0, allowing the introduction of the cartridge into the slot, to a cooling distance, dc<d0, where the cooling plates contact the channel and apply pressure thereon deforming the channel.
Beverage making machine
The present invention relates to a beverage making machine comprising a first beverage making cartridge comprising at least one of a gas source portion, the gas source portion contains a solid gas source that through sublimation emits a gas, and a gas storage tank arranged to store the gas emitted from the solid gas source. The beverage making machine further comprising a second beverage making cartridge comprising at least one of a micro ingredient, a beverage diluent receptacle for receiving a beverage diluent liquid, a dissolver dissolves portion of the gas, from the gas storage tank, into the beverage diluent liquid, and a dispenser selectively dispenses a predefined ratio of at least one of the micro ingredient and the beverage diluent liquid, to form a beverage. Exemplary embodiments include a computer control arranged to receive a beverage selection from a consumer and control the beverage making machine to form beverages.
Beverage dispenser systems and methods
A beverage dispensing system is provided, including a main body that includes an interior cavity adapted to receive a beverage container, an adaptor module, and a controlled gas system. The adaptor module is configured to provide fluidic coupling from the beverage container to the controlled gas system, such that a beverage may be dispensed through from a tap connected to the adaptor with the aid of positive gas pressure disposed on a beverage surface within the beverage container. The controlled gas system exerts a positive pressure on a surface of the beverage in the beverage container such that when a tap is opened to dispense the beverage, the relative pressure difference between the positive pressure on the surface of the beverage and the ambient pressure causes the beverage to be dispensed from the tap.
LIQUID SALE MANAGEMENT DEVICE
There is provided a liquid sales management device capable of being added to a liquid supply system, the liquid supply system supplying a liquid within a storage container to a dispensing device through a supply pipe with the liquid pressurized in order to cool the liquid in the dispensing device, and dispensing the cooled liquid to a drinking container. The liquid sales management device includes an actual flow rate determining unit that determines a actual measured flow rate of the liquid dispensed into the drinking container from the dispensing device, a cleaning mode detection unit that detects a cleaning mode in the liquid supply system, and a consumption flow rate acquisition unit that determines an actual consumption of the liquid with the number of times of the cleaning mode, a known liquid amount consumed with one operation of the cleaning mode in the liquid supply system, and the actual measured flow rate.
Effervescent liquid dispenser
A container is disclosed including an effervescent liquid and an effervescent liquid dispenser including pressurized gas from a pressurized gas source, and a regulator in selective fluid communication with the container and the pressurized gas source. In response to a differential pressure applied to the regulator being less than a first threshold value between a container pressure and an environmental pressure of an environment surrounding the dispenser, pressurized gas from the pressurized gas source is permitted to flow into the regulator chamber and the container until the first threshold value is achieved. In response to the differential pressure applied to the regulator being greater than the first threshold value between the container pressure and the environmental pressure, pressurized gas from the pressurized gas source is prevented from flowing into the regulator chamber and the container and in which the liquid dispenser is permanently affixed to the container.
Beverage Dispensing System
A beer dispensing faucet is configured to be attached to a shank connector. The shank connector has a connecting member and an internal passageway having an outlet opening positioned within the connecting member. The dispensing faucet has a housing defining a central conduit having an inlet opening and an outlet opening. The housing defines a valve seat in the central conduit and further has an aperture in communication with the central conduit. The inlet opening is dimensioned to correspond in size to the outlet opening of the internal passageway and further configured to be positioned in confronting relation to the outlet opening of the internal passageway. The housing has a connecting member configured to cooperate and connect to the connecting member of the shank connector. A valve stem is positioned in the aperture. The valve stem has a first position wherein the valve stem is engaged with valve seat to define a closed faucet position. The valve stem has a second position away from the valve seat to define an open faucet position.
