the primary beverage cooling circuit further comprising a controller for controlling the operation of the compressor and/or the cooling device and/or the valve based on one or more measurements from temperature and/or pressure sensors in the refrigerant circuit to thereby operate the system on an efficient basis.
Dispensing machine sanitization using electro-chemically activated liquid
An apparatus comprises a dispensing system and a sanitizing system. The apparatus has a dispensing mode and sanitizing mode. The dispensing system may comprise a first valve and at least one component, the at least one component comprising an inner surface. The first valve has an open position to send a free-flowing material to the at least one component when the apparatus is in the dispensing mode, in a closed position when the combination is in the sanitizing mode. The sanitizing system comprises a processing unit, having an electrochemical cell configured to produce an anolyte solution and a catholyte solution. The sanitizing system comprises a second valve having an open position to send the anolyte solution and the catholyte solution to the at least one component when the apparatus is in the sanitizing mode. The second valve has a closed position when the apparatus is in the dispensing mode.
Apparatus and Method for Mineralizing a Fluid
The present invention discloses a beverage supplementation device for a beverage dispenser, adapted to supplement a beverage flowing from a beverage source to a beverage sink with a plurality of supplementation fluids, comprising: a plurality of beverage conduits, wherein each beverage conduit comprises a beverage inlet that is adapted to be coupled to the same beverage source supplying beverage to be supplemented, and wherein each beverage conduit comprises an outlet; and at least two supplementation conduits, wherein each supplementation conduit has a supplementation inlet adapted to be coupled to a supplementation source providing at least one supplementation fluid, wherein each supplementation conduit is coupled with a different supplementation source and wherein each supplementation conduit comprises an outlet; wherein the outlet of each supplementation conduit is connected to a different beverage conduit; and wherein the outlets of the beverage conduits are coupled with the same beverage sink.
APPARATUS FOR DISPENSING A LIQUID FROM A LIQUID STORAGE CONTAINER
A removable liquid transport assembly configured to be readily installed in and removed from a liquid dispenser to permit the liquid dispenser to be readily sanitized. The removable liquid transport assembly preferably includes a liquid manifold, a valve assembly and a pump head. The removable liquid transport assembly is configured such that liquid can flow in a first direction through the removable liquid transport assembly to permit a liquid to be dispensed from a liquid dispenser and liquid can flow in a second direction back to a liquid storage container to prevent damage to one or more components of the liquid dispenser.
Beverage dispensing system
A system and method for the automated dispensing of bulk keg wine is provide having, in combination: integrated temperature control; pressure monitoring; automated purging; and integrated point of sale data acquisition for determining inventory usage statistics for each keg of wine dispensed. The system provides for precise measurement of each portion. An error alarm system warns an operator about beverage tank low level. A system for forcing the flashing of poor quality beverage. Recording of all delivery process events allows for operator or management review and control.
Method of delivering insecticide
A method of delivering insecticide, comprises the steps of providing an insecticide in a container; allowing the insecticide to flow out of the container; and allowing the insecticide to flow into a drain beginning downstream of an opening in said drain.
Methods and apparatus for sanitizing dispensers
A method and apparatus for sanitizing a dispenser (20) is provided in which a sanitizing cup (10) is coupled to the dispenser after removing a nozzle (22). The sanitizing cup (10) is filled with a sanitizer, and flushed through a check valve (14). Flushing may be accomplished by dispensing water from the dispenser (20) while the sanitizing cup (10) is coupled to the dispenser (20).
Cold Plasma Sanitation for a Dispensing Machine
An apparatus comprises a dispensing system and a sanitizing system. The apparatus has a dispensing mode and sanitizing mode. The dispensing system may comprise a first valve and at least one component, the at least one component having an inner surface. The first valve is opened to send a free-flowing material to the at least one component when the apparatus is in the dispensing mode. The first valve is closed when the apparatus is in the sanitizing mode. The sanitizing system comprises a processing unit having a discharge cell configured to initiate a cold plasma discharge in an air flow. A tank may be configured to receive the air flow from the discharge cell of the processing unit and expose water in the tank to the air flow for a time sufficient to provide dissolution of ozone from the air flow into the water and form ozone-containing water.
Beverage cooling and cleaning systems
A primary beverage cooling circuit for refrigerating a fluid used in a secondary beverage cooling circuit cools beverage in a beverage conduit by pumping the fluid through a heat exchange conduit adjacent the beverage conduit to transfer heat therebetween. The primary beverage cooling circuit includes a refrigerant circuit containing a refrigerant circulating through a heat exchanger in heat transfer communication with the fluid to cool the fluid, a variable displacement compressor for circulating the refrigerant through the refrigerant circuit, a cooling device for cooling the refrigerant, and a valve for controlling the volume of fluid into the heat exchanger.
