Universal liquid solution generation platform
A platform for onsite creation of consumable liquids is provided. The platform includes a liquid generating machine, a set of cubes, compatible bottles, and a user interface device. The liquid generating machine may include a water storage module, a cube module, a liquid making module and a bottle filling and cleaning module. The platform decentralizes the production of consumable liquids, such as drinking waters, enhances the consumer's experience, significantly increases consumers' choices, all while simplifying the consumption process (buying the water, carrying it, getting rid of/recycling the plastic bottle, etc.). The platform includes customizable liquid generating recipes associated with the cubes that may be provided through a network or local database and a security feature that allows the authorization of users to generate and access controlled liquids.
Systems and methods for cleaning food product forming and dispensing devices
The present disclosure provides systems and methods for automating the cleaning and sanitizing processes of a food dispensing machine. The systems and methods may be set to run automatically and may keep a dispensing system cleaned and sanitized for an extended time. The systems and methods disclosed are designed to make cleaning easier for the operator, shorten the overall cleaning time, reduce the amount of labor involved, and improve the convenience, reliability, and repeatability of the cleaning processes.
BEVERAGE DISPENSING ASSEMBLY PREVENTING MICRO-ORGANISM REFLUX
Beverage dispensing assembly 200 comprising a beverage container 201 with a container body 202 defining a beverage chamber arranged for holding a beverage; a dispenser 230 with a dispensing opening for dispensing the beverage; and a dispensing line extending between the beverage chamber and the dispensing opening to form a flow path enabling a flow of beverage from the beverage chamber to the dispensing opening. The dispensing line comprises a first dispensing line part 211 attached to the container body 202 and a separate second dispensing line part 220 attached to the dispenser 230, the first and the second parts fluid tightly coupled to each other with detachable coupling means 210. The first dispensing line part defines an upstream flow path section arranged to at least reduce a microorganism migration rate from a downstream flow path section in the second dispensing line part into the beverage chamber.
LIQUID SUPPLY SYSTEM
Provided is a liquid supply system with which it is possible to perform quality control of a liquid provided by the system. A liquid supply system (101) that pumps a liquid in a storage container (10) through a supply tube (30) and dispenses the liquid from a liquid dispensing spout of a dispensing device (50), said liquid supply system (101) comprising: a jetting prevention device (110) that has a liquid inlet (111), a liquid outlet (112), and a float (116) for closing the liquid outlet due to inflow of air from the liquid inlet, thereby preventing jetting of pressurized air from the liquid dispensing spout, and provides cleaning or no cleaning inside of a conduit in the liquid supply system; a liquid absence detection device (120) that has a no-liquid/liquid passing sensor (122) for detecting that the liquid in the storage container is gone, and sends empty storage container information; and a transmission device (130) that has a control unit (131) for carrying out control of information transmission to a communication line (200).
Ingredients cartridge for a beverage mixture dispensing system
A cartridge and an associated beverage mixture dispensing system are disclosed. The cartridge is detachable from the associated beverage mixture dispensing system. The cartridge includes a casing and at least twenty ingredient reservoirs located within the casing and storing at least twenty respective ingredients. The cartridge also includes a dispensing interface for dispensing the at least twenty ingredients into the beverage mixture dispensing system. The at least twenty ingredient reservoirs include a first reservoir of a concentrated salt and a second reservoir of a concentrated food grade acid. The remaining ingredient reservoirs include additional concentrated ingredients. The beverage mixture dispensing system includes a solvent reservoir and a receiving interface for receiving the at least twenty ingredients from the cartridge. The beverage mixture dispensing system also includes a mixing area fluidly connected to the solvent reservoir and the at least twenty ingredient reservoirs.
Sanitizing systems and methods for fluid mixture dispensing device
Systems and methods for sanitizing a fluid mixture dispensing system are disclosed. One system comprises at least one reservoir for storing a substance, a mixing area, and a controller. The controller is programmed to cause the system to execute a mixing cycle and a cleaning cycle. During the mixing cycle the substance is dispensed from the at least one reservoir to the mixing area to prepare an ingestible fluid mixture. During the cleaning cycle, the substance is dispensed from the at least one reservoir to the mixing area to sanitize the mixing area.

A fluid mixture dispensing system using a membrane to seal multiple reservoirs is disclosed. The multiple reservoirs each contain a respective ingredient. The reservoirs are coupled to respective orifices in a plate. The respective ingredients are dispensable via the respective orifices. The membrane seals the respective orifices. The ingredients are dispensed into one or more channels formed between the membrane and the plate. In specific embodiments, the membrane is an integral part of a cartridge which contains the multiple reservoirs. In specific embodiments, the cartridge includes an inlet and an outlet. A solvent flows from the inlet to the outlet through the one or more channels, and the ingredients are dispensed into the solvent in the one or more channels.
