The beverage may be any non-carbonated liquid and in one embodiment the beverage is coffee. The dispensed N.sub.2 or N.sub.2/CO.sub.2 gas infused chilled coffee has a unique appearance and enhanced flavor and aroma. The system may be provided as a self-contained unit.
Domestic beverage dispensing device having cooling means and method of using same
A domestic beverage dispensing device includes a conduit for supplying the beverage from keg to a tap and a cooling member. The cooling member has a passage surrounded by heat conductive material. A disposable tube of deformable material forms at least a part of the conduit and extends through the passage. The deformability of the material of the disposable tube is such that the outer surface of the wall of the tube abuts against the inner surface of the passage when the beverage is pressurized.
Cold brew coffee extraction device
A cold brew coffee extraction device includes a container having a first chamber for receiving cold water. A filtering cup is mounted in the first chamber and includes a second chamber intercommunicating with the first chamber. The second chamber receives coffee powders and includes a second opening. The filtering cup further includes a third opening at a lower end thereof and receiving a filter. A first guiding tube includes a first end intercommunicating with the second chamber and a second end located outside of the container. A pump is disposed outside of the container and is connected to the second end of the first guiding tube. A controller is electrically connected to the pump to control operation of the pump to thereby supply air into or suck air out of the first guiding tube, thereby controlling a water level of the cold water in the first chamber.
Management apparatus
A management apparatus MA includes a pressure sensor 12 configured to detect a pressure of a gas cylinder 110 that supplies carbon dioxide gas to a beverage barrel 120 so as to supply the beverage from the beverage barrel 120 to the beverage server 150, and a control unit 20 configured to notify exchange of the gas cylinder 110 based on an output from the pressure sensor 12.
Chilled beverage dispensing
A beverage dispensing system provides a product metering system, a dispenser and a control system for operatively controlling dispensing, metering, delivering and reporting of dispensed product. Authentication, authorization and control operation are distributed in a cloud based control through a wide area network. The dispenser includes sensor to identifying objects and filter out movements that are not interpreted as requests for dispensing. A local controller operates the metering and dispensing, combining inputs from the hardware level sensors and applying logic and rules from the remote cloud level. The instant abstract neither defines the invention disclosed in this specification nor limits the invention scope in any way.
DISPENSER FOR BEVERAGES, CLEANERS, BEAUTY PRODUCTS, AND HEALTH AND WELLNESS PRODUCTS
An apparatus for making a combination liquid includes a housing, a first container, an opening mechanism for opening the container, a chamber with an outlet, a liquid reservoir, and a pump.
BEVERAGE DISPENSING ASSEMBLY
A beverage dispensing assembly comprises a beverage container for containing a beverage, the container body comprising a beverage outlet provided with a beverage container sealing member arranged to enable opening of the beverage outlet. A beverage dispensing line extends between the beverage container and a dispenser for dispensing the beverage at a dispensing outlet of the dispenser. A coupler device is detachable coupled to the container body and coupled to a second beverage conduit of the beverage dispensing line, with a first beverage conduit of the beverage dispensing line extending between the beverage container and the coupler device. The first beverage conduit at a first end thereof comprises an adapter body fittingly arranged on the beverage container covering the beverage container sealing member. A piston is movably arranged in the coupler device for acting on the adapter body that is configured to open the beverage container sealing member upon actuation by the piston causing the beverage container sealing member to open the beverage outlet to provide a fluid connection between the beverage chamber and the first beverage conduit.
BEVERAGE DISPENSER WITH ADVANCED PORTION CONTROL AND POINT-OF-SALE INTEGRATION
A beverage dispensing system is configured to facilitate communication between a point-of-sale terminal and a beverage dispenser for receiving and fulfilling beverage orders. The dispensing system comprises a translation server that maps beverage orders between the point-of-sale entry data and beverage dispenser recipe data. An automatic portion control (APC) assembly comprises a mass sensor that is configured to determine a mass of a cup resting thereon. Using the mass of the cup, the dispenser makes a cup size prediction and performs portion control dispensing operations. Based on the cup size prediction, a user interface is modified to allow for quicker interactions. The APC assembly is positioned beneath a nozzle of the beverage dispenser and comprises a removable platform assembly magnetically coupled to a mass sensor assembly. The mass sensor assembly comprises a load cell or other mass sensor.
System and method for dispensing consumable liquids
Systems and methods for dispensing consumable liquids are disclosed. An example networked system includes a server and a plurality of beverage dispenser stations. Each of the beverage dispenser stations includes a filler including a filler outlet configured to deliver a beverage into a container, an RFID reader configured to read an RFID tag fixed to a water filter through which water for the beverage is to flow, and a controller. The controller is configured determine a duration-of-use of the water filter and a volume of water that has passed through the water filter. Each of the beverage dispenser stations also includes a network communications interface configured to communicate the duration-of-use and the volume of water to the networked administrative server to track use of the water filter among the plurality of beverage dispenser stations.
Water-based liquid supply system
Kitchen appliances usually include devices such as a water system, a cooker, a kitchen hood (range hood), an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher and other devices. The devices are mostly operated independent from each other. Unlike those devices the “drinkable tap water-based liquid supply system” according to the present invention comprises a few devices controlled by an advanced control system according to the invention for providing connectivity and system management. The system is designed to provide comfort, convenience and energy saving. The water-based liquid supply system according to the present invention provides a variety of water-based liquids, dispatched with the desired properties from a countertop faucet.
