Tap assembly
A tap assembly for dispensing fluid from a flexible container includes a gland for connecting with the container, the gland having an inlet and an outlet. An actuator is in fluid communication with the outlet of the gland, the actuator including a lever, a removable tamper evident tab and a cap, wherein when the tamper evident tab is in position, the actuator is inoperable and the lever and the cap are fixedly joined and wherein, upon removal of the tamper evident tab, the lever is moveable with respect to the cap to dispense fluid from the tap assembly. A connector is latchable with an outlet of the actuator, the connector including an arm to fixedly engage with the lever in a raised position.
Modified Aseptic Front Pull Piercing Valve Assembly
A front pull piercing valve assembly attached to a flexible container, whereby; when the wall of the flexible container is pulled into contact with a piercing element in the assembly, the contents of the container are dispensed by piercing the wall of the container and liquid flows through the valve assembly and directly into a container or through flexible hose or another connection to be dispensed. The valve assembly is configured in such a manner that during use it is filed with the liquid being dispensed thereby preventing the liquid in the flexible container from being exposed to air, namely, oxygen that often causes spoilage of certain liquids, such as wine.
DISPENSER
A dispensing tap is provided and comprises a body which is attached or attachable to a container. The body has a dispensing orifice, and a piston movable within the body between a dispensing position in which flowable product can pass through the orifice and a sealing position in which fluid cannot pass through the orifice. The piston comprises one or more dispensing apertures through which product can pass when the piston is in the dispensing position to reach the dispensing orifice.
Multi-compartment pitcher with selectable dispensing port
The disclosed device is a multi-compartment container. Each compartment is capable of holding a different liquid. The user actuates a valve to dispense the liquid of his or her choice. The multi-compartment pitcher with selectable dispensing port eliminates spillage from the top, and eliminates fumbling over multiple and various drinks or liquids. The device compartmentalizes multiple drinks or liquids within a single container, while easily dispersing the drink or liquid from the designated bottom port.
Spout-Connector Assembly (ECHO)
Disclosed are devices and methods for dispensing flowable material. A dispensing assembly may include a spout defining an internal surface and a passage therethrough, the spout having a first receptacle defined on the interior surface; a first slider insertable into the spout, the first slider having an external surface that defines a first locking ridge configured to releasably engage with the first receptacle; and a second slider insertable into the first slider. The first slider may be configured to move within the spout and be configured to have a first configuration and a second configuration different from the first configuration.
Multilayer film used with flexible packaging
This disclosure describes a multilayer plastic film useful in packaging. The film includes layers 1-18, respectively: a PE material layer, a PE material layer, an adhesive resin material layer, a polyamide material layer, an EVOH material layer, a polyamide material layer, an adhesive resin material layer, a PE material layer, a ULDPE material layer, a ULDPE material layer, a PE material layer, an adhesive resin material layer, a polyamide material layer, an EVOH material layer, a polyamide material layer, an adhesive resin material layer, a PE material, and a PE material layer.
Gravity fed viscous liquid and food product dispensing system
A liquid and semi-liquid product dispenser that improves gravity dispensing of product by using a product bottle that slopes downwards towards the feed valve when the bottle is placed for dispensing. This includes a long sloped portion that extends downwards from the rear of the bottle to the front of the bottle, and a curved and sloped portion proximate to the valve. These slopes feed product to the valve under the force of gravity when the valve is opened. Installation of product bottles is aided by an interior design of the dispenser case that mirrors the bottles contours and ensures that the bottle is positioned for use when placed.

Tap Made of Plastic Material for Delivering Liquids from Vessels
A tap is described, for delivering liquids from a vessel comprising: an elongated supporting body equipped with an inclined internal contact surface next to its delivery end; an upper closing element and tamper-preventing seal which closes the delivery end of the supporting body; a pin centrally placed inside the supporting body and equipped with an O-ring adapted to sealingly engage the inclined internal contact surface when the tap is closed; a dome-shaped elastic valve element operatively connected to the pin at the opposite end with respect to the delivery end of the supporting body, the dome-shaped elastic valve element performing the automatic closure of the tap; and a plate operatively connected to the dome-shaped elastic valve element.
