CUE SHAFT TIP INSERT
A tip insert for a cue shaft having a cavity at the tip has a tip disc to support a tip for striking a ball and an inwardly extending section for bonding to the inside surface of the cavity. The inwardly extending section includes one or more centering flanges and a bonding surface, the centering flanges interfacing with the inner surface of the cavity and enabling a substantially consistence bond distance between the bonding surface and the inner surface of the cavity. The tip insert can be machine from a single piece of material comprising glass fiber-reinforced epoxy laminate sheets, where the individual sheets of the material are oriented perpendicular to the longitude axis of the tip insert to increase the durability and performance of the tip insert when transferring the force from the tip striking a ball.

CUE STICK WITH STASH COMPARTMENT
A cue stick includes a cavity, and a canister is fitted within the cavity. The canister can be used to conceal small items such as cash or cigarettes. The canister can be substantially cylindrical and include a detachable cover, for example. The cue stick includes a detachable butt cap allowing access to the canister by the player. In some embodiments, the canister is weighted allowing the user to adjust the overall weight of the cue by selecting a canister having the desired additional weight.

FORWARD WEIGHTED POOL CUE
Implementations of a forward weighted pool cue are provided. In some implementations, the balance point of the pool cue is closer to the shaft end than the balance point for a traditional cue. In some implementations, a forward weighted pool cue is achieved by reducing the weight of the traditional butt. In other implementations, a forward weighted pool cue is achieved by reducing the weight of the traditional butt and increasing the weight of the traditional shaft.
