A system including a gaming table with multiple player positions, a shoe containing a shuffled set of cards, a layout positioned on the gaming table and marked with indicia to indicate the player positions, and a game controller. A card sensor of the shoe generates rank data indicating an identified rank of each card drawn from the shoe. Each player position is marked with a unique identifier matching a rank of a subset of the cards. The game controller receives the rank data for a set of four drawn cards from the shoe and, in response to determining that at least two of the four drawn cards have a rank that is equal to the unique identifier of one player position and that a secondary wager has been registered for that unique identifier, provides a visual indication of a payout to a player at the player position.
POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE NUMERICALLY VALUED DECK OF CARDS
An accounting card game is disclosed. The game includes a first deck of cards having a positive numerical value and a second deck of cards having a negative numerical value. The decks have an equal number of cards. For each card in the first deck of a positive numerical value, the second deck includes a corresponding card of a negative numerical value having the same numerical magnitude. Players form matches of positive and negative card of the same magnitude, forming positive and negative match piles, and score points based on the values of the positive match piles. The accounting card game is useful for learning accounting and math skills in a fun and exciting manner.
Table game system
A table game system is provided capable of identifying shuffled playing cards used at the time of the occurrence of a problem in a card shoe apparatus, thereby enabling an investigation of the cause thereof or the taking of countermeasures therefor. A card shoe apparatus of the table game system of the present invention includes a barcode reader and RFID that reads a barcode or RFID provided in a shuffled playing card set, thereby reading a shuffled card ID that uniquely identifies the shuffled playing card set. A control unit further includes a function of identifying specified events that occur during the use of set of the shuffled playing cards at a game table, and of reporting these occurrences of the specified event in connection with a shuffled card ID.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A TABLE GAME USING A SPECIAL DECK OF CARDS AND A CONVENTIONAL DECK OF CARDS
Embodiments provide for card games such as blackjack that allow at least one card to be dealt from a special deck (e.g., a restricted deck) into a hand, while the remainder of the cards for that hand (and, in some embodiments, other hands involved in the game event) are dealt from a main/conventional deck. In accordance with some embodiments, the at least one card dealt from the special deck is dealt into a hand of the player while in other embodiments it is dealt into the hand of a dealer and/or an opponent player. A special deck may be a deck that includes cards configured to provide an advantage to the player (e.g., in a blackjack game, restricted deck may only include high value cards if being used for a player hand or only low value cards if being used for a dealer hand).

A system and method for providing a dynamic obstacle in a computer game may include: altering a display of each of a subset of game assets displayed by a computer system with a visual indication that indicates that the subset of game assets are available for inhibition; displaying associated with a game asset an inhibitor, wherein displaying an inhibitor associated with the game asset indicates that the game asset is inhibited; and periodically removing from display the inhibitor from one game asset of the subset of game assets and displaying the inhibitor associated with another game asset of the subset of game assets.
