Systems, methods, and media for removing playing cards from a gaming table
Mechanism (which can include system, methods, and media) for removing a card from a gaming table are provided, the mechanisms comprising: detecting when a playing card is placed on a door on a table surface of a gaming table; and causing the door to automatically open downward when the playing card is detected as being placed on the door so that the playing card slides downward to a space below the table surface. In some embodiments, these mechanisms further comprise controlling the opening of the door using a hardware processor, and optionally using stepper motor to control the opening of the door. In some embodiments, these mechanisms further comprise generating a graphics version of the playing card; and presenting the graphics version of the playing card on a player's computer display after the playing card has slid below the table surface.
GAME TABLE SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a game table system for modular and adjustable configuration by a user. The game table system comprises an auxiliary member chosen by the user to be optionally adjoined to different areas of a table top or at least one leg of the game table system. The auxiliary member aiding in ease of access to various articles that may aid the user in conducting the game played upon the game table system. The auxiliary members may be removably adjoined so that one or more auxiliary members can be removed before storage.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HOSTING AND MANAGING A LIVE GAME
A system and method for hosting and managing a live game are disclosed which includes a live gaming table for live players and a live dealer. In an embodiment an application configures a player's mobile device to receive an invitation from a casino to play the table game based upon the player being, based upon location aware technology, being in or near the casino. Accepting the invention permits the player to reserve a position at the gaming table and displays a machine readable code at the player's mobile device. The player positions at the gaming table include video display and player input devices (VDPIDs) and a code reader to read the displayed code and access the player's electronic account. Using the VDPID the player may convert between electronic funds and physical gaming chips, participate in video bonus event play and back-bet on other players.
SET OF PLAYING CARDS
A set of playing cards comprises N playing cards, N>1, each playing card having a detectable card identity string. This card identity string is a series of M characters. The set of playing cards is provided with a set identity string, this set identity string being composed of N groups of R characters, R<=M. Each card identity string provides to the set identity string one group of R characters taken from the series of M characters of this card identity string. The sequence of said N groups of R characters in the set identity string is identical to the sequence of the N cards in the set of playing cards.
System and method for secondary engagement with table games
A system includes a smart table configured to use radio-frequency identification (RFID)-enabled chips and at least one RFID sensor. The smart table defines a plurality of player positions. The smart table also includes a processor configured to detect, using the at least one RFID sensor of the smart table, one of: (i) removal of at least one RFID-enabled chip from a wagering area on the smart table, or (ii) addition of at least one additional RFID-enabled chip to the wagering area. The processor is also configured to automatically determine an outcome of a wagering game, where the outcome is a winning outcome if at least one RFID-enabled chip is added to the wagering area, and where the outcome is a losing outcome if at least one RFID-enabled chip is removed from the wagering area
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATED TABLE GAME ACTIVITY RECOGNITION
Some embodiments relate to a system for automated gaming recognition, the system comprising: at least one image sensor configured to capture image frames of a field of view including a table game; at least one depth sensor configured to capture depth of field images of the field of view; and a computing device configured to receive the image frames and the depth of field images, and configured to process the received image frames and depth of field images in order to produce an automated recognition of at least one gaming state appearing in the field of view. Embodiments also relate to methods and computer-readable media for automated gaming recognition. Further embodiments relate to methods and systems for monitoring game play and/or gaming events on a gaming table.
INSPECTION SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
When an unfair gaming currency is delivered to a dealer from a player, the currency is detected as unfair. The inspection system for inspecting the gaming currency, in which an RF tag is built, comprises: a gaming currency tray for housing the gaming currencies of the dealer in a casino game; an RF reader for reading the RF tags of the plural gaming currencies housed in the gaming currency tray; plural photosensors for detecting at least the number of the plural gaming currencies housed in the gaming currency tray at a constant time interval or always in a method other than RFID; and an inspection/alarm part for generating alarms when the number of the gaming currencies whose RF tags are read by the RF reader is not equal to the number of the gaming currencies detected by the plural photosensors.

Playing card dispenser and display apparatus
A card dispenser and display apparatus for securely loading, maintaining, removing and displaying game cards during the playing of a game. The apparatus includes a housing and a generally planar base. The inner space of the housing is configured to contain a plurality of cards having a uniform height and width. The inner space of the housing has a width that is substantially equal to the uniform width of the plurality of cards, at least a portion of which housing has a height that is lower than the uniform height of the plurality of cards, thereby enabling a user to manually lift a card from the front of the housing to move the card to the back of the housing, as well as enabling the removal of a deck of playing cards from the housing.
