Purge Gas Contaminate Elimination Device and System for a Vehicle

A device for separating a fluid component from a fluid, in particular compressed air of a vehicle, is provided. The device has a first container for containing the fluid, the first container being arranged to separate at least a part of one or more components contained in the fluid from the fluid by evaporation. The first container includes one or more openings through which a substance can be supplied to the fluid in the first container for breaking an emulsion or mixture of two or more components contained in the fluid and an exhaust through which the at least part of the one or more separated components can be exhausted.

Purge Gas Contaminate Elimination System for a Vehicle

A system for separating a fluid component from a fluid, in particular compressed air of a vehicle, is provided. The system has a first container for containing the fluid, the first container being arranged to separate at least a part of one or more components contained in the fluid from the fluid, an exhaust connected to the first container through which the at least part of the one or more separated components can be exhausted, an air treatment unit connected to the first container to supply air treated in the air treatment unit to the first container, and a supply of an emulsion breaking substance to the fluid in the first container.

Integrated gas oil separation plant systems and methods are disclosed. Systems and methods include treating a crude oil inlet feed stream with a high pressure production trap (HPPT), a low pressure production trap (LPPT), a low pressure degassing tank (LPDT), a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, a LPPT recycle water stream, a fresh wash water supply stream, and a LPDT recycle water stream, where the LPDT recycle water stream is operable to supply recycle water from the LPDT to an output stream from the HPPT to form the LPPT inlet feed stream.

FILTER ELEMENT AND ASSOCIATED FILTER MEDIA PROVIDING FUEL WATER SEPARATION USING SURFACE EMBOSSING

A filter media, filter element, filter system and methods are provided. The filter media provides improved filter characteristics including water separation efficiency. The filter media may include one or more of increased surface roughness and/or embossments. The filter media may be provided by pleated filter media.

Method and apparatus for limiting acidic corrosion and contamination in fuel delivery systems

A method and apparatus are provided for controlling a fuel delivery system to limit acidic corrosion. An exemplary control system includes a controller, at least one monitor, an output, and a remediation system. The monitor of the control system may collect and analyze data indicative of a corrosive environment in the fuel delivery system. The output of the control system may automatically warn an operator of the fueling station of the corrosive environment so that the operator can take preventative or corrective action. The remediation system of the control system may take at least one corrective action to remediate the corrosive environment in the fuel delivery system.

FUEL FILTER PASSAGE FOR DOWNWARD FUEL FLOW DIRECTION

A center tube and a central fluid supply tube combination includes a center tube body defining a longitudinal length, and a central reservoir. The center tube also includes an apertured annular wall extending axially the majority of the longitudinal length, and a first annular solid wall extending axially from the apertured annular wall. A central fluid supply tube is disposed in the central reservoir, and includes a second annular solid wall that is radially surrounded by the apertured annular wall of the center tube. The second annular solid wall defines a supply passage with a fully circular flow flux.

PERFORATED LAYER COALESCER

This disclosure generally relates to perforated filter media and coalescing filter elements utilizing perforated filter media. One example coalescing filter element is structured to separate a dispersed phase from a continuous phase of a mixture. The filter media includes a first coalescing layer. The first coalescing layer includes a first filter media. The first filter media has a plurality of pores and a first perforation. Each of the plurality of pores is smaller than the first perforation. The first perforation is formed in the first filter media and extends through the first filter media. The plurality of pores are structured to capture a portion of the dispersed phase. The first perforation is structured to facilitate the transmission of coalesced drops of the dispersed phase through the first coalescing layer such that the coalesced drops of the dispersed phase are separated from the portion of the dispersed phase captured in the first coalescing layer.
