CHEMICAL LIQUID PURIFICATION METHOD AND CHEMICAL LIQUID
An object of the present invention is to provide a chemical liquid purification method which makes it possible to obtain a chemical liquid having excellent defect inhibition performance. Another object of the present invention is to provide a chemical liquid. The chemical liquid purification method according to an embodiment of the present invention is a chemical liquid purification method including obtaining a chemical liquid by purifying a substance to be purified containing an organic solvent, in which a content of the stabilizer in the substance to be purified with respect to the total mass of the substance to be purified is equal to or greater than 0.1 mass ppm and less than 100 mass ppm.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TREATING A MIXTURE OF EXPANSION GAS AND FILLING PRODUCT FOAM IN A BEVERAGE FILLING PLANT
Various embodiments relate to devices and methods for treating a mixture of expansion gas and filling product foam in a beverage filling plant, comprising the steps of introducing the mixture of expansion gas and filling product foam into a closed separation container and extracting the expansion gas out of the closed separation container via suction.
A New Anti-Foaming Composition
The present invention relates to an anti-foaming composition comprising an alkoxylated stand oil and/or an alkoxylated blown native oil and use thereof as an anti-foaming agent.
Defoaming agent
An object of the present invention is to provide an oil-in-water emulsion defoaming agent that is superior in defoaming properties (initial defoaming property and defoaming durability) and stability (emulsion stability). The present invention provides an oil-in-water emulsion defoaming agent including hydrophilic fumed silica (C), wherein an oil phase (A) is emulsified and dispersed in a water phase (B). Preferably, the content of the oil phase (A) is 10 to 50% by weight, the content of the hydrophilic fumed silica (C) is 0.1 to 6% by weight, and the content of the water phase (B) is 44 to 89.9% by weight based on the weight of the oil phase (A), the hydrophilic fumed silica (C), and the water phase (B). The weight ratio (A/C) of the oil phase (A) to the hydrophilic fumed silica (C) is preferably from 2 to 100.

Formulations of homopolymers based on alkyl acrylates used as antifoaming agents in heavy and super-heavy crude oils
The present invention relates to the application based on alkyl acrylate homopolymers, such as antifoaming agents in crude oils with densities of 10 to 40 API. Evaluation tests in live crude oil, under similar gas-liquid separation equipment conditions, showed that these polymers based on alkyl acrylate are effective foaming inhibitors in heavy and super-heavy crude oils, reducing the foam between 15 and 50% faster compared to crude oil without an antifoaming agent. Some acrylics show better performance than commercial silicon-based polymers, which suppress foam 20-25% faster than the blank. The antifoaming agents of this invention, based on alkyl acrylate and totally free of silicon, is an advantageous option, to replace the silicone-based foam inhibitors currently on the market.
SOLID ADJUVANT DEFOAMER
A defoaming adjuvant comprises a solid particulate carrier and a polyalkylene glycol adsorbed on to the solid particulate carrier, where the polyalkylene glycol is a reaction product of an alkyl alcohol initiator with 1,2-butylene oxide and, optionally, propylene oxide.
