A system for treating and/or recycling gray water includes a first receiving tank for gray water, a second receiving tank for treated water and a fluidic treatment circuit between the first and second receiving tanks. The first receiving tank includes an element for oxygenating the water in the first receiving tank and a system adapted to deliver enzymes into the first receiving tank. The fluidic treatment circuit includes a filtration unit, a microfiltration unit including at least one microfilter, a disinfection unit and a membrane ultrafiltration unit.

The present invention relates to a self-contained unit having a system for recovering polymer overspray from a pallet coating process. The self-contained unit includes a common enclosure having at least four walls, a ceiling and a floor. There is a collection tank located below the floor of the common enclosure and a roof platform is located above the ceiling of the common enclosure. Within the common enclosure is at least one spray booth having a waterfall wall with liquid flowing down a face of the waterfall wall to the collection tank. Mounted on the roof platform is a consolidation tank, hydrocyclone and pressure filter that are all part of the system for removing the polymer from the overspray mixture collected at the collection tank.

A waste water treatment apparatus includes a housing having a settling tank mounted therein, the settling tank adapted to receive waste water. A skimming device is mounted in the settling tank to remove any fats, oils, or grease (FOG) that settles on the surface of the waste water. A drain is provided in a downstream end of the settling tank for removing water from the settling tank. An inlet end of the drain is defined by a weir that controls the water level within the settling tank. A sediment removal system adapted to remove sediment collected in the bottom of the settling tank.
