OIL, WATER, GAS AND SOLID PARTICLE SEPARATION IN OIL AND/OR GAS PRODUCTION
20190063203 · 2019-02-28 ·

An apparatus for, and a method of, separating oil, water, gas and solid particles (usually sand) from a hydrocarbon-containing fluid produced from an oil and/or gas production facility. In particular, this invention relates to an apparatus and method for the separation of oil, water, gas and solid particles from a well or group of wells using an integrated apparatus which significantly reduces the space required on the production platform or rig and recycles produced gas to improve process efficiency while reducing cost.

TRANSPORTABLE SEPARATION AND MONITORING APPARATUS WITH AUGER

A transportable separation apparatus for separating spent materials from oil and gas operations into a primarily solid component and a primarily liquid component. The separation apparatus includes a first separation area disposed on the separation apparatus for receiving spent materials and beginning separation of the spent materials. The separation apparatus designed to be connected to a vehicle to be pulled on commercial roadways. The separation apparatus also includes a second separation area in fluid communication with the first separation area for further separation of the spent materials. The separation apparatus can further include an auger in fluid communication with the first separation area to remove the primarily solid component from the separation apparatus. A method of introducing and separating the spent materials via the separation apparatus.

Dual screen treatment system

Vaults, boxes, systems, and methods of treatment systems to capture pollutants from storm water runoff and prevent the conveyance of these pollutants from entering a receiving water body or landscape area, which is designed to be a part of a local permanent storm water drainage infrastructure. A single treatment box, vault and system combines both drainage conveyance, multi-level treatment techniques, variable hydraulic capabilities, and easy and inexpensive methods for servicing the system. A flow spreader can split incoming water to pass into dual screen filtration systems. The system can include components selected from a shelf beneath the spreader, at least one baffle, skimmer, deflectors, media filtration and water pressure lines with spray heads for cleaning debris on a sloped floor.

Nutrient removal filtration system and method

Systems, devices, and methods for providing nutrient removals in an up flow filtration storm water system for treating water to very high clean levels using filtration media. A filtration media supported by a screen above an angled floor in a vault allows for incoming storm water to pass into a void space above the angled floor into the screen and filtration media and then out an outlet to the vault. The filtration media can include recyclable and/or natural particles. Layers of river rocks can be placed on top of and below the filtration media. Water sprayers can further liquefy sediment and debris that fills the void space between the angled floor and the bottom of the screen. The captured debris can slide down the angled floor, where a vacuum hose from an above ground vacuum truck can remove the debris and sediment. The long lasting filtration media can be cleaned by being backwashed.

Stormwater vault servicing process
10166577 · 2019-01-01 ·

A stormwater vault and a process for servicing the stormwater vault speeds the process of cleaning a stormwater vault. The stormwater vault has a built in liquefaction system for liquefying settled debris in the vault which works together with a sloped or angled floor in the vault. The settled debris is flushed toward the inlet to a vacuum removal line inserted into the vault through an access opening for removing the settled debris from the vault.

Stormwater polymer treatment system

Vaults, boxes, systems, and treatment methods to capture pollutants from stormwater runoff and prevent conveyance of the pollutants from entering a receiving water body or landscape area, which can be part of a permanent stormwater drainage infrastructure. A polymer system with at least one polymer log can be used to treat stormwater runoff and any stormwater conveyance, such as a pipe, box culvert, ditchline, and the like. Once stormwater has been dosed with polymers, the treatment easily retains the pollutants, and the one or more polymer logs continue to enhance water quality, while providing an easy method for servicing polymer logs without requiring service technicians to enter the vault. A hydroslide servicing system can include pivotal spray heads to pivot to parallel positions over a sloped floor to flush debris toward easy to reach locations to be vacuumed, and vertical spray heads which can break up debris bridges.

Cleaning method of oil tank and cleaning device of same

Crude oil is discharged from an oil tank. A nozzle is inserted into a support opening formed in advance on a roof of the oil tank. A cleaning liquid containing LCO is injected from the nozzle over the sludge accumulated inside the oil tank after the crude oil is discharged from the oil tank. The cleaning liquid in which the sludge is dissolved is discharged from the oil tank and is returned to the oil tank for recycle cleaning. Subsequently, the cleaning liquid in which the sludge is dissolved is discharged from the oil tank.

SEDIMENTATION PLATE, SEDIMENTATION ASSEMBLY, AND SEDIMENTATION MODULE

A sedimentation plate, a sedimentation assembly, and a sedimentation module are provided. The sedimentation plate includes a flat plate; a plurality of first rib plates arranged at intervals, parallel to each other, and perpendicular to a first surface of the flat plate; and a plurality of second rib plates arranged at intervals, parallel to each other, and perpendicular to a second surface of the flat plate. The first rib plates are perpendicular to the second rib plates. A water channel is formed between each two adjacent first rib plates. A mud channel is formed between each two adjacent second rib plates. The sedimentation assembly includes a plurality of sedimentation plates. The sedimentation module includes the sedimentation assembly.

SUCTION NOZZLE AND FLUID RECOVERY APPARATUS

The present disclosure is directed toward a suction nozzle operable to remove solid contaminants from a fluid without causing a substantial increase in fluid resistance. The suction nozzle has a vertical flow path, a contaminant precipitation recess opened upward under the vertical flow path, and a lateral flow path extending laterally from the vertical flow path at a position above the contaminant precipitation recess. The fluid sucked from a suction opening in the lower surface is led to the vertical flow path through the lateral flow path and flows upward through the vertical flow path to reach a connection port. With fluid flowing through the vertical flow path, solid contaminants contained in the fluid settle down by gravity and precipitate in the contaminant precipitation recess and are separated and removed from the fluid.
