A water purification housing capable of purifying water and a rainwater purification system using the water purification housing are provided. The water purification housing filters treated water by filling filter media in a housing body and then passing the treated water through the filter media and removes residue caught in the filter media as a result of the use of the filter media by collecting the residue in a sediment discharge container positioned at a bottom portion of the housing body. The rainwater purification system includes an element that connects and installs several water purification housings and an additional filtration element including fiber filter and UV lamp which can filter materials that cannot be filtered only by the filter media at the end of the rainwater purification system.

Interface seal assembly for a tubular filter element

An interface seal assembly for sealing a tubular filter element relative to a first component and a second component of a fluid filtration system. The interface seal assembly comprises an body located between the first and second components, and having: an aperture extending through the body for communicating with an internal cavity of the filter element; a first mounting surface comprising a first seal groove; and a second mounting surface opposite the first mounting surface, comprising a second seal groove. One of the first and second seal grooves has a circular shape, and the other has a non-circular shape. A first seal is located in the first seal groove, for sealing the interface body relative to one of the first and second components. A second seal is located in the second seal groove, for sealing the body relative to the other of the first and second components.

Improved Methods for Cleaning Filtration System Media

The present disclosure provides improved methods for conducting a wash cycle in a filtration unit. The methods may be used alone or in combination with one another to achieve the improvements described herein. Filtration units adapted for carrying out the novel methods are also provided. Through the use of the methods and filtration units described, significant economic benefits are obtained without a significant increase in the costs of the filtration unit or in the costs of operation of the filtration unit.

DISPENSER

A system, a cartridge and a dispensing valve for eliminating a drift or sag in BCDMH output from an inline dispensing valve containing a dispensing cartridge mountable within the inline dispensing valve with the dispensing cartridge containing a batch of water erodible cluster inhibiting BCDMH particles to provide a linear output flow of BCDMH which is responsive to flow of water though a cartridge in the dispensing valve and a method of obtaining a linear output in a dispensing system by increasing the size of particles in a dispensing cartridge in the system.
