Device for separating and removing material to be sieved from a flowing liquid contaminated with material to be sieved
A device for separating and removing material to be sieved from flowing liquid includes a screen forming a sieve surface and fixed to a frame with grate bars arranged beside one another and separated from each other. At least one cleaning rake with numerous cleaning prongs can be in a conveying direction along the screen via a drive. When the cleaning prongs pass the screen, they engage at least in sections between adjacent grate bars to remove the material to be sieved and held back by the screen, thereby conveying it towards a discharge. The cleaning prongs may be configured to be movable laterally back and forth with regard to the conveying direction and with regard to the screen.
CLOSED LOOP RECYCLING SYSTEM AND DIP TANK FOR ANTIMICROBIAL COMPOUNDS
A dip tank and recycling system for applying antimicrobial solution to food items, including a dip tank having a bottom and sides, and holding a liquid antimicrobial solution. A conveyor to convey food items through the tank passes through the liquid antimicrobial solution held in the tank such that food items conveyed on the conveyor are dipped in the liquid antimicrobial solution. At least two discharge nozzles spray fresh antimicrobial solution into the tank. The discharge nozzles are located in the sides of the tank, and are positioned above the level of the conveyor but below an expected top level of the liquid antimicrobial solution contained within the tank such that food items conveyed on the conveyor are agitated by the force of the spray from the discharge nozzles. The spray from the discharge nozzles causes unstacking of items on the conveyor, producing an even application of the antimicrobial solution.
Filter media insert structures and methods of installation
Structures for housing a filtration media for the removal and/or solidifying of synthetic ester-based fluids from liquids are provided. The structures disclosed include: a stormwater insert container for installation within a storm drain designed for intake of high volumes of water; an angling filter plug mounting structure and pre-filter basket for a flush installation on a planar floor, such that the filtration media rests beneath the floor and releases filtered liquids into a drainage area; a trench filtration assembly for installation into a trench below surface level, such that the unfiltered liquid passes through the trench and a trench box disposed within the trench filtration assembly prior to passing through the filtration media into a drainage area; and a liner box assembly for installation over an opening made in a non-permeable liner for purposes of pre-filtering contaminated liquids as it flows through the liner box and subsequently the filtration media.

Grid Bar for a Bar Screen of a Filter Unit, and Filter Unit Equipped Therewith
The invention relates to a grid bar for a screen grid (2) of a screen (3) comprising a multiple number of grid bars (1) arranged next to each other and spaced apart from each other, which serves the purpose of separating screening material from a flowing liquid, such as wastewater (5) flowing in a sewer channel (4). In accordance with the invention, it is proposed that the grid bar (1) consists, at least partially, of a plastic reinforced with fibers (6), whereas at least a part of the fibers (6) extend in a longitudinal direction of the grid bar (1). In addition, a screen (3) with a corresponding screen grid (2) is proposed.
SCREEN PANEL FOR REMOVING DEBRIS
Proposed is a screen panel for removing debris, the screen panel including a plurality of cylindrical support beams arranged spaced apart from each other, and a plurality of screen bars configured to intersect the plurality of support beams and coupled to the upper portions of the support beams at a predetermined distance from each other, wherein each of the screen bars includes a wedge cross-section part whose width becomes narrower from the top to the bottom, and a vertical flat bar part extending vertically downward from the bottom of the wedge cross-section part, and the support beams have fastening grooves on the upper portions thereof that are concave to correspond to a plurality of vertical flat bar parts and spaced apart from each other.
