Slurry filtering apparatus and coating system
Embodiments of this application relate to the field of lithium battery production technologies and disclose a slurry filtering apparatus and a coating system. The slurry filtering apparatus may include a rotating filter element and a gravity filter. The gravity filter may be provided with a feed port and a first discharge port. A height of the feed port on the gravity filter may be greater than that of the first discharge port on the gravity filter. The rotating filter may be connected to the feed port and is configured to provide a positive-pressure filtered slurry to the gravity filter. The first discharge port may be configured to convey a slurry filtered by the gravity filter to a coating apparatus.
DEVICE FOR TREATING A SLURRY BY SEPARATING SOLIDS FROM LIQUIDS
A device includes a compartment for separating the solids and liquids. The compartment includes a base that is concavely curved according to a cylindrical portion having a transverse axis and is formed of a sieve, an idler roller mounted transversely on an arm, a drive which actuates the arm, and resilient means for adjusting the pressure exerted by the rollers. Both the contact interface between the sieve and the roller and the rotational interface between the roller and the arm are made of a non-metal material on at least one of the two contacting surfaces that form each of the interfaces, such that, there is no metal-on-metal contact between surfaces moving relative to one another at the interfaces.
ALGAE SEPARATING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING DRY ALGAE
The present disclosure is an algae separating device configured to separate algae from an algal solution in which algae are suspended. The algae separating device includes: a metal screen having a main body and a plurality of through holes passing through the main body from a front face to a back face; and a spraying device configured to spray the algal solution toward the front face of the main body.
PORTABLE, DUAL-ORIFICE FILTERED WATER DISPENSER
A portable water-filtering and storage dispenser is provided with twin orifices at top and bottom, the top orifice for dispensing water to a user for consumption, the bottom orifice for receiving water for filtration and storage. Water received via the bottom orifice is filtered by a dome filter and keyway insert. Both orifices are sealable with detachable caps for threadably mating with the body of the dispenser.
CONDENSER RECEIVER DRIER REFRIGERANT FILTER
A receiver drier comprises a housing and a filter unit. The housing includes a moisture absorbing chamber and a longitudinally spaced filter chamber. The filter chamber includes an inlet formed adjacent a first portion of an inner circumferential surface thereof and an outlet formed adjacent a second portion of the inner circumferential surface. The filter unit is received within the filter chamber and includes a main body defining a first filter compartment therein. A first surface of the first filter compartment is defined by a first screen element fluidly coupling an interior of the first filter compartment to an exterior thereof. The flow of the refrigerant enters and exits the first filter compartment while flowing in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the receiver drier.
DEBRIS FILTER WITH SPLITTER BAR
A debris filter has a housing, a filter screen mounted to the housing and disposed so as to extend across a flow path through the housing, a debris extractor mounted to the housing, and a splitter bar also mounted to the housing. The debris extractor and the filter screen are so mounted to the housing as to enable rotation of the filter screen and the debris extractor relative to one another. The debris extractor has a debris intake opening and the debris extractor and the splitter bar are so mounted to the housing that the intake opening is positionable adjacent to or in juxtaposition with the splitter bar with the splitter bar overlapping and shielding the intake opening.
Safety grate cover for a swimming pool
A grate cover in combination with a swimming pool being installed in a recess in the top of a sump. The grate is formed of an upper and a lower section. The upper section exhibits four squares or four triangles therein, The upper section has a dome-shaped configuration and has four square or triangular shapes therein, depending on the geometric division therein, each shape has openings therein. The lower section has four trapezoid shapes therein. Each of the shapes of the upper section, whether square or triangular, has a concave surface curvature therein at a transition between the upper and the lower section. Each of the trapezoids of the lower section has two concave surfaces- curvatures therein. One curvature extends in a first direction from the upper section toward an outside edge of grate cover. The other second concave curvature extends in a direction which is normal to the first direction. This way, the forceful suction within the sump cannot obtain enough force to suction the skin of a human onto the grate cover to cause any injuries. The curvatures in the top of the grate cover will always induce a lateral flow under a human body no matter how much of the grate is covered by the body.
Quick-cleaning drain for quick replacement of cleaning parts
The present disclosure provides a quick-cleaning drain for quick replacement of cleaning parts, comprising a drain body, the drain body is provided with a quick-cleaning mechanism which is quickly removable, the quick-cleaning mechanism comprises a lifting rod and a quick-cleaning member, the upper surface of the quick-cleaning member is provided with a connecting end, the bottom of the lifting rod is provided with an engaging end matching the connecting end, and the engaging end is removably fixed to the connecting end. The quick-cleaning member can be discarded directly and replaced with a new one during cleaning, so that when the quick-cleaning member carrying dirt and debris is separated and drops, the dirt and debris can drop synchronously, completely avoiding touch of the dirt and debris by a cleaning person, and making it low-cost and easy to use.
Filtration Unit For Processing a Liquid
A filtration unit for processing a liquid, that includes an inlet, an outlet, a filter, and a disinfection means, the inlet and the outlet are each connected to a food processing machine, the disinfection means includes an ultraviolet-radiation source, the disinfection means is configured to irradiate ultraviolet-radiation onto a filtration surface, the filtration surface has a length and a width that is overflown by the liquid during filtration, the length of the filtration surface extends parallel to a liquid flow direction and the width extends perpendicular to the liquid flow direction, the filter has openings and a number of the openings increase with progressing length of the filter.
