Fluted filtration media, filtration media packs, and filtration elements
Filtration media, media packs, and filtration elements are described, including fluted filtration media having offset flutes arranged to intermittently contact flutes on adjacent media, including angled and curved flutes. Pleated filtration media with alternating sealed pleat edges are also disclosed, including fluted media with alternating sealed flutes. A media pack can have a first sheet of media and a second sheet of media. The first sheet of media can have a first plurality flutes defining first flute valleys extending between a first face and a second face of the media pack. The second sheet of media can have a second plurality of flutes defining second flute peaks extending between the first face and the second face of the media pack. The first plurality of flutes can be non-parallel to the second plurality of flutes, and each first flute valley contacts one second flute peak at a discrete contact point.
SCREEN INTAKE
An intake screen assembly having a domed or dome-like upper screen structure mounted above a central intake structure. The domed or dome-like upper screen structure is constructed such that an interior portion closely conforms to a key flow velocity isosurface without requiring additional internal flow controls or flow modifying structures to achieve desired flow velocities at any point on a screen surface. The central intake structure can define an upper flange surface to which the domed or dome-like upper screen structure is operably coupled. The domed or dome-like upper screen structure can be mounted to a perimeter of the central intake structure at a point spaced away from an intake opening. The domed or dome-like upper screen structure can include a plurality of arcuate or flat filter screen panels. An air burst system can be attached to the central intake structure to backwash the domed or dome-like upper screen structure.
INJECTION MOLDING DIE FOR MESH FILTER AND INJECTION MOLDING METHOD FOR MESH FILTER
Four gates are provided in one end surface of the inner cylinder cavity section of an injection molding die along the circumferential direction of an inner cylinder cavity section. The gates are disposed in intermediate parts between a first central line and a second central line when the first central line passes through the center of the inner cylinder cavity section in parallel to the X-axis and the second central line passes through the center of the inner cylinder cavity section 1 in parallel to the Y-axis on an X-Y plane orthogonal to a central axis of the inner cylinder cavity section. The gates are opened in the positions in which the filling rate is apt to reduce in the filter portion cavity section and the gates are not opened in the positions in which the filling rate is apt to increase in the filter portion cavity section.

Fluid filtration system
A method of filtering a fluid, including flowing a fluid from a first side of a filter member to a second side of the filter member, the fluid containing dissolved impurities. In addition, the method includes inducing fluid cavitation within the fluid to precipitate out at least a portion of the dissolved impurities. Further, the method includes controlling a pressure differential across the filter member. Still further, the method includes, maintaining or further inducing the fluid cavitation within the fluid in response to controlling the pressure differential. Related systems are also disclosed.
Urea Sensor Protection Assembly and Urea Sensor System
A urea sensor protection assembly for protecting a fluid sensor of a urea sensor system comprises an inner cage supporting the fluid sensor and an outer cage. The inner cage has a first fixation element fixing the inner cage to a common holder. The outer cage has a filter capable of blocking a plurality of air bubbles and/or allowing a fluid to pass and a second fixation element fixing the outer cage to the common holder. The inner cage is at least partially arranged in an inner volume of the outer cage in an assembled state.

A urea sensor protection assembly for protecting a fluid sensor of a urea sensor system comprises an inner cage supporting the fluid sensor and an outer cage. The inner cage has a first fixation element fixing the inner cage to a common holder. The outer cage has a filter capable of blocking a plurality of air bubbles and/or allowing a fluid to pass and a second fixation element fixing the outer cage to the common holder. Filter Element and Filter Assembly
A filter element is provided with a support frame provided with a first end disk section and a second end disk section. A folded filter medium is connected to the support frame and arranged between the first end disk section and the second end disk section of the support frame. The first end disk section or the second end disk section has a face facing away from the filter medium. The support frame is provided with a fluid guiding channel that guides, when a fluid flow passes through the filter medium, the fluid along the face facing away from the filter medium. A filter assembly with such a filter element and a filter receptacle in which the filter element is exchangeably arranged is provided.
