Fine particle separating apparatus
A fine particle separating apparatus includes a first filter having a first mesh, the first filter having a first section and a second section with the first mesh therebetween and rotatably mounted in the first filter part. A first flow path allows sludge to flow into the first filter, a second flow path allows an effluent from the first filter party to flow therein, and a third flow path is provided to discharge the effluent from the second flow path to the outside. At least a portion of the effluent flowing into the second flow path is provided to the first filter part in a fluid loop along a fourth flow path, and a fifth flow path is defined in the first section to allow the effluent from the fourth flow path to pass through the first filter part. A storage tank and a pump are also provided.
ROLLER FILTRATION APPARATUS
The present invention relates to the field of filtering, more precisely the present invention concerns an apparatus and a method for the separation of dry matter from a medium and the use of said apparatus. One embodiment discloses an apparatus for the separation of dry matter and liquid from a medium, comprising a plurality of press rollers, a separation chamber for receiving the medium and defined, in cross section, by the press rollers, and at least one chamber filter located inside and enclosed by the separation chamber. The apparatus is preferably configured such that a negative pressure can be established in said chamber filter(s) relative to the separation chamber such that liquid in the medium can be sucked into the chamber filter(s) and dry matter in the medium can pass between corresponding press roller.
Filter scraper
A filter apparatus and method for cleaning filter elements. The filter elements, each including a filter body with an external surface enclosing a filter passage, extend along a longitudinal axis of a vessel housing. A scraper element is disposed about the external surface of each filter body and travels along the longitudinal length of the filter body via a rotational screw to remove deposits. A lower air inlet is included on the vessel to loosen deposits on the filter surfaces, such as during or prior to scraping.
Filtration device
A filtration device has a primary conveyer tank which is equipped with a first conveyer, a primary drum filter which rotates inside the primary conveyer tank, a secondary conveyer tank which is equipped with a second conveyer and a secondary drum filter which rotates inside the secondary conveyer tank. Liquid in the primary conveyer tank passes through a first opening to flow into the secondary conveyer tank. Clean liquid flowing into a first clean tank is supplied to a low-pressure-side supply system by a first pump. Super-clean liquid having been filtered by the secondary drum filter passes through a second opening to flow into a second clean tank, and then is supplied to a high-pressure-side supply system by a second pump.
Solid-liquid separator
A solid-liquid separator for separating a solid phase from a liquid phase in a solid-liquid mixture is provided. The solid-liquid separator includes a basket and filter assembly housed coaxially within a tank such that when the basket and filter assembly rotates the liquid phase moves through the filter of the basket and filter assembly into the tank and is discharged from the solid-liquid separator. The solid phase is retained on the filter of the basket and filter assembly and travels vertically up the filter of the basket and filter assembly where it is discharged from the solid-liquid separator.
BOTTLE-PROCESSING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR CLEANING THE PUMP/NOZZLE PROTECTOR OF THE BOTTLE-PROCESSING MACHINE
The present disclosure relates to a bottle treatment machine including a pump/nozzle protector in the form of a screen. The screen includes an at least partially perforated surface and the screen is provided for passing a liquid of the bottle treatment machine therethrough. The bottle treatment machine further includes at least one scraper which rests at least partially on the at least partially perforated surface of the screen. The screen and the at least one scraper are arranged to be rotatable relative to one another. The present disclosure further relates to a method for cleaning the screen of the bottle treatment machine.
Skimming apparatus
A skimming apparatus with a pivot arm and a drive follower on the pivot arm that guides a belting to facilitate precise placement of the belting for efficient skimming.
Pond pump with a self-cleaning filter unit
A pump-and-filter assembly for use in a pond, pool, or fountain. The pump unit creates a flow of water into an intake port and out through a discharge port and a filter unit mounted in front of the pump unit for filtering water flowing through the pump. The filter unit has a turbulence-producing device that produces turbulence in the water on the outside of the filter element. The turbulence in the water that is being drawn into the filter impedes or prevents the build-up of material deposits on the outside surface of the filter element.
Device for separating a medium comprising a mixture of a solid portion and a fluid portion
A device is for separating a medium comprising a mixture of a solid portion and a fluid portion. The device has a filter arrangement with a displaceable filter element having a plurality of openings that allow the fluid to be disposed through the openings while maintaining the solid portion on the filter element. The device further has an inlet for feeding the medium to the filter element and an outlet for discharging the solid portion from the filter element after that the fluid has been separated from the solid portion. The device further has an obstruction has an elastic element extending towards a surface of the filter element and adapted to contact the surface while allowing the medium to be displaced from the inlet to the outlet.
