The present disclosure relates to a filter. According to the present disclosure, there is provided a filter including: an upper body whose interior is filled with a filter medium; a lower body located under the upper body in such a manner as to be open on top and bottom thereof; and an escape prevention member located inside the lower body to allow sludge and a fluid to be introduced into the lower body and to prevent the sludge from escaping from the lower body, wherein the escape prevention member may include: a support plate fixed to the inside of the lower body and having a through hole formed at the center thereof; a center pipe fixed to top of the support plate and having a lower hole formed on the bottom thereof in such a manner as to communicate with the through hole and at least one or more connection holes formed on one side thereof; and a backflow prevention ball movable inside the center pipe in such a manner as to selectively open and close the lower hole to prevent the fluid from flowing back.

The invention relates to a hydraulic tank (10) for storing a hydraulic liquid, comprising a one-piece tank housing (12) which forms a plastic hollow body and is manufactured by a rotational moulding process, wherein the tank housing (12) comprises at least one connection opening (92, 94, 126) at which is arranged a connection element (100, 110, 132) that is releasably connectable to a hydraulic conduit. In order to enable the hydraulic tank to be more cost-effective to produce, the connection element (100, 110, 132) comprises a plastic body which is manufactured by an injection moulding process and is welded together with the tank housing (12). Furthermore, a method for manufacturing a hydraulic tank (10) is proposed.

There is provided a filter for filtering particles in a container of fluid. The filter comprises a flow director comprising a hub, a plurality of radial blades extending from the hub and a plurality of vanes concentric about the hub. The blades and the vanes intersect to form a grid which collectively define a plurality of openings, each opening extending between a first face and a second face, where a cross-sectional area of each opening decreases from the first face to the second face. The filter further includes a skirt coupled to the perimeter of the flow director for maintaining the flow director in spaced relation from a bottom of the container. The decrease in cross-sectional area of the openings in the grid helps to prevent particles from travelling from a position below the flow director to a position above the flow director.

The gas buster is positioned above the container to dissipate energy associated with incoming solid matter and liquid matter. The trough is positioned below an outlet of the gas buster and has a bottom sloping from a high end to a low end with an opening at the low end. The filter is positionable below the opening of the trough in a way that the solid matter and the liquid matter passing from the opening of the trough enter the filter wherein the liquid matter passes through the filter and into the container and the solid matter is collected in the filter. The filter is removable from the container to permit the amount of solid matter collected in the filter to be determined.

A system for preparing nanoscale zero-valent iron by reverse filtration in a non-open inert atmosphere is provided including an inert gas bottle, a gas monitoring and buffering device, a main reaction device configured as a three-necked flask, a condensing device including a condenser tube and a cold source, a waste liquid collecting device configured as a waste liquid collecting bottle, a liquid sealing device including a second liquid sealing bottle connected with the waste liquid collecting bottle through a first connecting-pipe, and an extraction pressure adjusting device including a third triple valve and a vacuum pump, all of which are connected by pipelines in sequence. Three necks of the three-necked flask are respectively provided with a first triple valve, a single-hole rubber plug pierced with a liquid-taking pipe, and a second triple valve. The second liquid sealing bottle is connected with the third triple valve.
