OIL MONITORING SYSTEM
A filter system has a chamber body, an inlet that extends through the chamber body, and an outlet that extends through the chamber body at a location downstream of the inlet. The filter system has a plurality of fluid flow paths that extend between the inlet and the outlet. The plurality of fluid flow paths including first and second subsets, each including at least a respective one of the fluid flow paths. A plurality of hydrocarbon filters is disposed in the chamber body such that each hydrocarbon filter is disposed in a fluid flow path. The filter system directs the fluid to the first subset, and once each hydrocarbon filter of the first subset becomes saturated with hydrocarbons, the filter systems diverts the fluid to flow to the second subset.
SYSTEM, ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD FOR DETECTING DAMAGES WITH CONTINUOUS DISC FILTERS
The invention relates to a system for detecting damages of filter fabric (8) with continuous disc filters (1) where the system comprises of pressure sensor element (41) that is attached into a filter sector (5) so that it measures the pressure inside (11) the filter sector and is connected with a CPU (42) and a radio unit (43) that periodically transmits the measured pressure values to a receiver (R) that receives the transmitted measurements and compares the measurements using processing means (55) with previously received values and detects damages by detecting significant pressure difference.
SECURITY SYSTEM FOR FLUID FILTRATION DEVICE
A security system for a fluid filtration device and, more particularly, a security system that is adapted to pair a filter with a fluid filtration device, log an effectiveness of each individually serialized filter, prevent re-usage of a filter in more than one filtration device and prevent usage of a filter for greater than its preprogrammed lifespan.
Water conditioning systems having diversion devices
A portable water conditioning system is provided that includes an incoming water inlet; a reverse osmosis stage in fluid communication with the incoming water inlet, the reverse osmosis stage having a permeate outlet and a concentrate outlet; a diversion device having a diversion valve, the diversion valve placing the concentrate outlet in fluid communication with a waste water outlet; a deionizing stage in fluid communication with a pure water outlet; a bypass valve configured to selectively place the permeate outlet in fluid communication with one or more of the waste water outlet, the deionizing stage, and the pure water outlet; and a controller configured to control the diversion device and the bypass valve to provide water at the pure water outlet of a desired condition.
INFRARED LEAK DETECTION SYSTEM
A leak detection system for a water filter includes a filter cartridge with an infrared graphical index on an outer surface of the filter cartridge. An infrared camera is configured for capturing an image of the infrared graphical index on the outer surface of the filter cartridge. A controller is configured for comparing the image of the infrared graphical index on the outer surface of the filter cartridge to a reference image and for determining that the filter cartridge is leaking when a difference between the image of the infrared graphical index on the outer surface of the filter cartridge and the reference image is greater than a threshold difference.
ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING SYSTEM
An fluid monitoring system can include a filter having an upstream face and a downstream face and defining a form factor, a sensor package arranged within the form factor of the filter to detect at least one quality factor of a surrounding medium, a transmitter electronically coupled to the sensor package and including an antenna for autonomous wireless transmission of the detected fluid quality information, and a power subsystem coupled to the sensor package and the transmitter to provide access to continuous electrical power thereto.
Apparatus for Filtering a Liquid and Method for Detecting a State of at Least a Filter Element
An apparatus for filtering a liquid includes a filter housing, at least one filter element arranged in the filter housing, and at least one sensor unit. The at least one sensor unit includes at least one sensor and a radio module. The at least one sensor is configured to detect an operating parameter representative of a state of at least the at least one filter element or the apparatus.
Filtering element, filtering equipment and water circulation cleaning system
Embodiments of the present invention are a filtering element, a filtering equipment and a water circulation cleaning system. In an embodiment, a filtering element includes a filtering screen and filter particles adhered to one side of the filtering screen, sizes of the filter particles being gradually increased in a direction from the one side to the other side of the filtering screen. Meanwhile, there also provides a filtering equipment including the abovementioned filtering element and a water circulation cleaning system including the abovementioned filtering equipment.
SMART WIRELESS FUEL SYSTEM MONITOR INTEGRATED INTO A FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY T-HANDLE
A device and method for determining a filter element is approaching an end of life obtains vacuum data corresponding to a vacuum at a filter element, and concludes the filter element is approaching an end of life based on the vacuum data as it relates to time in service. The end of life of the filter element may be based on detection of a knee in a vacuum curve derived from the vacuum data, high and low vacuum measurements over a specific time period deviating from one another by more than a prescribed amount, or high and low vacuum curves derived from the vacuum data trending apart from one another by more than a prescribed amount.
Water filter
A water filter having a housing having a water inlet and a water outlet on a first end, and a pair of replaceable carbon elements contained within the housing, each carbon element having a water inlet near an outside diameter and a water outlet near the center, both the water outlet and water inlet being on a first end of each carbon element and each of the carbon element inlets being in fluid communication with the housing water inlet and each of the carbon element outlets being in fluid communication with the housing water outlet.
