Filter Element With Air-Bleed Conduit
20170106314 · 2017-04-20 ·

A filter element includes a first end cap, a second end cap, and a ring of filter media disposed between the first end cap and the second end cap. The ring of filter media circumscribes a central cavity. The filter element also includes an air-bleed conduit axially extending through the central cavity. The air-bleed conduit includes a first portion integrally formed with the first end cap and a second portion integrally formed with the second end cap. The second portion is configured to fluidly connect to the first portion.

Oil filter comprising a hydraulic resistance

Oil filtration unit for removal of contaminants from oil including a housing with an inlet to receive contaminated oil from surroundings and release oil to an inner opening at a first pressure, an outlet adapted to release filtered oil to surroundings, and an oil filter for filtering oil in the inner opening of the housing. The oil filter includes an inlet with an outer surface, an inner volume to receive filtered oil at a second pressure lower than the first pressure, and an outlet inside the housing providing fluid/liquid communication between the inner volume and the housing outlet. The filter outlet includes a hydraulic resistance providing a fluid/liquid flow restriction between the inner volume and the housing outlet to increase the second pressure inside the inner filter volume and release the oil from the inner filter volume to the housing outlet at a third pressure lower than the second pressure.

FILTER VALVE ASSEMBLY

A filter assembly includes a manifold having a fluid inlet and outlet, and a filter housing having a filter medium therein. The filter medium defines inner and outer filter chambers between the filter medium and the filter housing. The filter housing is removably attached to the manifold to provide a fluid flow path from the inlet into the inner filter chamber via a supply channel, through the filter medium into the outer chamber and out of the outlet. A bypass valve assembly bypasses flow through the filter medium, which includes one or more openings in a wall of the supply chamber and a corresponding one or more flaps associated with respective openings. The flaps are moveable from a closed to open position in response to a pressure differential across the flap exceeding a predetermined value, and return to the closed position when the pressure differential is below the predetermined value.

A water filter system including a primary container, a primary filter positioned in the primary container, a secondary container positioned below the primary container, a secondary filter in fluid communication with the primary filter and positioned in the secondary container, and a shell surrounding the sides and top of the primary filter.

FILTER FOR HYDRAULIC FLUIDS FOR HYDRAULIC CIRCUITS

A filter for hydraulic fluids for hydraulic circuits comprising a filter body inside which a filtering cartridge is housed, the filter body comprises at least one hydraulic fluid inlet in communication with a supply chamber located upstream of the filtering cartridge, and a by-pass means for identifying a by-pass path suitable for connecting the supply chamber to the at least one hydraulic fluid outlet by by-passing the filtering cartridge, wherein the by-pass means is associated with the filter body in proximity to a first head end of the supply chamber.
