A filtration system for a ventilation hood includes a first filter and a second filter, operatively disposed in series. The first filter is configured to be mounted within the ventilation hood, and has an air inlet, an air outlet, and a grease outlet. The second filter includes a filter material with an upstream surface and a downstream surface, an upstream housing element abutting the upstream surface of the filter material, and a downstream housing element abutting the downstream surface of the filter material. The housing elements include openings, and hold the filter material in compression.

A collapsible air cleaner filter is provided. The filter includes a pleated media filter having a first end, a second end, and a filter media extending between the first and second ends, wherein the filter media includes a first plurality of flexible end portions and a second plurality of flexible end portions, the first and second plurality of flexible end portions are separated by a plurality of pleats, and the filter media extends a first length between the first and second plurality of flexible end portions, and an end member coupled to the first end of the pleated media filter, the end member extending a second length parallel to the first length, the first length being greater than the second length.

A filter assembly, a ventilation assembly and an air-conditioning apparatus are provided. The filter assembly includes: a filter screen configured to filter air; a supporting portion configured to support the filter screen arranged to the supporting portion; and a mounting portion configured to mount the filter assembly to or adjacent to a mounting port of an apparatus to be provided with the filter assembly, and a shape and a size of the mounting portion matching with those of the mounting port to cover the mounting port. The mounting portion includes a sealing part having a shape approximately the same with a shape of a gap between the mounting portion and the mounting port and has an interference fit with the gap, to seal the gap between the mounting portion and the mounting port.

A ventilation assembly and an air conditioning apparatus are provided. The ventilation assembly includes: a volute, a surface of the volute being provided with a mounting port; a filter assembly arranged in the mounting port or in a portion of the volute adjacent to the mounting port; and a sealing member arranged with the mounting port or with the portion of the volute adjacent to the mounting port, and configured to seal a gap between the filter assembly and the mounting port.

A filter assembly for filtering a flow of incoming air entering a pressurized breathing gas system includes a filter housing and a filter media. The filter media includes a filtering section and a non-filtering section. The filter housing is structured to be inserted within a pressure generating device used in the pressurized breathing gas system. The filtering section is disposed within the filter housing and is structured to filter contaminant matter from the flow of incoming air. The non-filtering section is disposed outside of the housing and is structured to be separated from the filtering section so as to not make contact with the flow of incoming air. The filtering section and the non-filtering section are structured to be visually compared to one another such that a contaminant matter saturation level of the filter media can be determined.

A filter cartridge includes a media pack having first and second opposite flow faces; the media pack comprising flutes extending in a direction between the inlet flow face and the outlet flow face; a frame mounted on the second flow face of the media pack; a seal support section extending from the base member; and first and second opposite and spaced blades extending from the base member and in a different direction from the base member as the seal support section. The first and second blades are embedded within the media pack through the second flow face. A seal member is oriented against the seal support section. The filter cartridge can be removably oriented in a cassette. The cassette and filter cartridge are removably oriented in an air cleaner housing. The cassette may include lugs to help position the cartridge in sealing engagement with the air cleaner housing. In another embodiment, the filter cartridge is cassette-free and includes a cartridge-handle projecting therefrom.

Methods and systems are provided for an airbox. In one example, the airbox is a single piece comprising features to receive and retain a platform for an air filter. The airbox comprises curved elastomers which engage with coupling elements of the platform.

An in-line vacuum filter comprises a manifold having an inlet, an outlet, a collecting container, and an actuatable filter paddle. A flow of air generated by a source of negative pressure travels from the inlet to the outlet. The actuatable filter paddle is positioned within the manifold such that it can be actuated between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the actuatable filter paddle is placed within the flow of air and in the second position, the actuatable filter paddle is removed from the flow of air. The filter paddle is preferably arcuate concave and comprises a plurality of apertures. In the first position, the filter paddle gradually diverts objects larger than a width of the apertures away from the flow of air. Diverted objects may travel to a removable collection container.

A paint booth assembly includes a dry filtration system for filtering paint particles from a downdraft of air. The dry filtration system includes at least one filter module disposed in a paint filtration portion of a paint booth for receiving the downdraft of air. The filter module includes a plurality of filter drawers sequentially arranged relative to one another along a flow path of the downdraft of air, with each of the filter drawers slideable relative to a side wall between filtering and cleaning positions. In the filtering position, a disposable filter within the respective filter drawer is disposed within the paint filtration portion for filtering paint particles from the downdraft of process air. In the cleaning position, the respective filter drawer is slid out into an external environment of the paint booth for allowing the disposable filter to be removed and replaced by an operator.

The present application provides a wall-mounted air purifier, including a casing, a filter, and a fan mounted in the casing. The casing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. The air outlet is located at a position corresponding to an outlet of the fan, the filter is located between the air inlet and the fan, and the casing is provided with a socket for plugging and unplugging the filter, the filter can be detachably inserted into the casing through the socket. In the wall-mounted air purifier provided in this application, a socket is provided on the casing, so that the filter can be plugged into and unplugged from the socket, which is convenient for replacing.
