10369456 · 2019-08-06 ·

An outdoor dart tossing game includes a target board that is positionable on a support surface. The target board has a plurality of target spaces therein. A plurality of canisters is included and each of the canisters contains a pressurized fluid. Each of the canisters is inserted into a respective one of the target spaces and each of the canisters is comprised of a rigid material. A plurality of darts is included and each of the darts is assigned to a respective player. Each of the darts is thrown towards the target board in the attempt of striking one of the canisters with the dart. Additionally, each of the canisters is pierced by the dart when the dart strikes the canister thereby releasing the pressurized fluid from the canister. In this way each of the canisters communicates a visual alert to the players that one of the canisters has been struck.

Thrown Flying Toy that Produces Lift Regardless of Direction of Rotation
20190209942 · 2019-07-11 ·

A flying toy that is thrown into flight. The flying toy has a central hub with a central axis. A central opening is formed in the hub. Wings radially extend from the central hub. Each of the wings has a first section that extends from the hub, a second section that extends from the hub, and a curved section that joins the first section to the second section. A shaped opening is defined in each of the wings. The curved section in each of the wings is shaped as an airfoil. The curved sections produce lift as air flows over the curved sections in flight. The openings in the hub and the wings enable air to flow over the air foils regardless to flight speed or rotational speed. The shape of the flying toy also produces an air cushion in flight that supplements lift.

A game kit, including a generally rectangular box portion defining a recess, the box portion further including a case portion and a cover portion hingedly connected thereto, a generally flat support member hingedly connected to the case portion, a lockable armature assembly operationally connected to the generally flat support member and to the case portion, a first pipe operationally connected to the cover portion, a pair of ancillary pipes connected to the cover portion, wherein each respective ancillary pipe is positioned opposite the first pipe from the other respective ancillary pipe and wherein each ancillary pipe is equidistant from the first pipe, and a plurality of bean bags. The cover portion is pivotably connected to the case portion and pivotable between a closed position parallel to and engaging the case portion and an open position parallel to and extending away from the case portion. The case portion placed on a generally flat surface, pivoting the first cover portion away from the case portion and into a generally vertical orientation and pivoting the support member away from the case portion and locking the armature assembly deploys the first and ancillary pipes in a generally vertical orientation for receiving tossed bags.

Motor control device and game machine

In a motor control device, a communication interface receives a control command defining a target rotation amount and a target rotation speed of a motor. A sensor interface receives a detection signal from a rotation angle sensor outputting a detection signal in every rotation of the motor at a predetermined angle. A controller decides a set value of a rotation speed of the motor. A drive signal generator generates and outputs a drive signal for rotating the motor. The controller calculates a difference between the target rotation amount and a total rotation amount of the motor from start of execution of the control command, based on the number of received detection signals, and determines whether an abnormality occurs in operation of the motor based on an update frequency of a minimum value of the difference or a non-update period when the minimum value of the difference is not updated.

METHOD AND SYSTEM OF ORGANIZING AND OPERATING A PROFESSIONAL TEAM GOLF LEAGUE
20190171981 · 2019-06-06 ·

The present invention relates to a method of operating a professional golf league. The system involves drafting players onto teams for which they will compete. Teams can consist of many players, and can include both men and women. Teams then compete against each other in multi-stage competition involving different scoring methods for each stage. In the first stage, the teams play best-ball; in the second stage, a team's score is calculated using the lowest aggregate of the players on the hole; and in the third stage, a team plays worst-ball. Such a format places a greater emphasis on team play rather than on any one individual on the team, and further allows players to enter into a professional golf career while still developing their overall game.
