A back-blowing unblocking device for the dustproof screen of the dryer, a dustproof equipment, and a dryer are provided. The back-blowing unblocking device for the dustproof screen of the dryer utilizes a closed compartment space of the dryer. The back-blowing unblocking device for the dustproof screen of the dryer includes a high-pressure air main pipe, a high-pressure air horizontal pipe, high-pressure air branch pipes, a shunt connecting pipe, and back-blowing fan-shaped nozzles. A length of each high-pressure air branch pipe is equal to a length of an A-shaped dustproof screen. Both ends of the each high-pressure air branch pipe are closed and an upper center opening is welded to the shunt connecting pipe. Both sides of the each high-pressure air branch pipe are densely arranged with the back-blowing fan-shaped nozzles.

The coating material mist remover also includes: a first connection mechanism that can connect and separate the first duct and the intermediate filter; and a second connection mechanism that can connect and separate the second duct and the intermediate filter.

The filter element includes first and second media panels, a support frame, a base frame and first and second end cap structures. Each filter media panel defines first, second, third and fourth sides. The first and second sides extend between the third and fourth sides. The support frame maintains the first and second filter media panels in a spaced orientation forming a cavity therebetween. The base frame defines a first opening in fluid communication with the cavity. The first end cap structure seals the third side of the first and second filter media panels and the second end cap structure seals the fourth side of the first and second filter media panels. The base frame has a first portion captured in the first end cap structure and a second portion captured in the second end cap structure.

In another embodiment, the filter element includes a continuous construction of pleated media forming the first and second opposing pleated media sections, in which the pleats have portions of differing lengths, and a support structure within the interior volume supporting the first and second media sections. The filter element can be in the form of two racetracks, a V-pack, or two V-packs. The racetracks can be polygon shaped.
