MUTUAL SWITCHING TYPE COMPRESSED AIR PURIFICATION APPARATUS
Disclosed is a mutual switching type compressed air purification apparatus, comprising a main intake pipe, a main exhaust pipe, two vent valve assemblies, two drying cylinders and a solenoid valve. The main intake pipe is connected to the two vent valve assemblies of which inlet holes are communicated with the corresponding drying cylinders respectively, and air outlets of the drying cylinders are respectively connected to the main exhaust pipe. The solenoid valve is connected to a first pilot air hole of the first vent valve assembly, and also connected to a second pilot air hole of the second vent valve assembly to control the opening and closing of the vent valves, and valve cores of the solenoid valve are switched between a first valve position and a second valve position.
Air filter cartridge with internal structure
An air filter cartridge (1) for an air intake system for a vehicle engine extends along a main axis (X-X). The air filter cartridge includes a filter element (5), suitable to filter the air sucked through the filter eleemtn and having extension along the main axis (X-X) and an internal structure (3) that extends inside of the filter element (5). The internal structure (3) identifies a plurality of ducts (30) fluidically independent from each other through which the filtered air flows separately. Each duct (30) extends between an inlet mouth (31), placed in proximity of a respective filter element portion (51), and an outlet mouth (32) placed in proximity of the head element (2) in such a way as to induce the intake of air through each duct (30) through the respective portion of the filter element (51).
CATALYSED FILTER SYSTEM FOR TREATING PARTICULATE-CONTAINING EXHAUST GAS FROM STATIONARY EMISSION SOURCES
A catalysed filter system for treating particulate-containing exhaust gas from a stationary emission source comprises an elongate filter element comprising porous walls which define a hollow section and a substrate material supporting a catalyst component disposed within the hollow section, the arrangement being such that gas entering the hollow section of the elongate filter element from across the porous walls thereof must contact the substrate material supporting the catalyst component before exiting the hollow section of the elongate filter element.
COALESCENCE FILTER
A set including a filter candle for separating a compressed gas and a disperse phase present therein, and a bottom cap placed on a lower side of the filter candle. The filter candle contains a filter medium containing a coalescence medium for coalescing the disperse phase and a drainage medium for draining the coalesced disperse phase in a downward direction to the bottom cap, where at least one drainage opening is provided in the bottom cap at a position corresponding to the drainage medium for discharging coalesced liquid from the drainage medium. A side of the bottom cap facing away from the filter medium is provided with a drip-off position and with at least one drainage profile which extends from the at least one drainage opening, where the drainage profile is provided for discharging the coalesced disperse phase from the at least one draining opening to the drip-off position.
Filter element
The present invention relates to a ceramic filter arrangement comprising a ceramic filter and a support housed within the ceramic filter, wherein the support is in contact with inside walls of the ceramic filter.
APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR FILTERING/COALESCING GAS
Methods, apparatus and products for filtering, utilizing a filter system having a filter element coupled with a coalescer element and an intermediate element interposed between the filter and coalescer elements, wherein the intermediate element serves to improve function of the filter system by shifting the flow pattern between the filter and coalescer elements and/or precondition the droplets for the coalescer.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CLEANING A STREAM
An apparatus and a method for cleaning a stream. The apparatus having at least one hot filtration device, which includes a filter vessel and at least one filter candle located inside the filter vessel, an inlet of medium in an upper part of the filter vessel for supplying the medium including particles to the filter vessel, an outlet of the medium in the bottom part for discharged the medium from the filter vessel, a moving bed including the medium which is arranged in the vessel so that the filter candle is inside the moving bed, at least one feed inlet for supplying the stream to the filter vessel, and at least one gas outlet for supplying a purified gas out from the filter vessel.
Multi-cartridge filter adapter and interface system and method
An attaching system for a filter cartridge may include: a top cap configured to attach to a filter cartridge; a mating projection located on the top cap; at least one locking projection projecting radially away from the mating projection; and a base portion defining an annularly shaped flat surface surrounding the mating projection on a first side and configured to attach to the filter cartridge on a second side. A method of attaching a filter cartridge to a filter assembly may include: providing locking projections on a top cap of a filter cartridge; locating a spring around a mating projection of the top cap; forming annular groove between the spring and the locking projections; and configuring the top cap to a portion of the filter cartridge.
Filter Element With Gasket Surrounding Filter Head
A filter element including a throughflow-porous filter body extending between a head end and a longitudinally opposite foot end, wherein a head structure is formed at the head end of the filter element, the head structure having at least one seal configured to seal the filter element with respect to a filter element holder, wherein the head structure has a sidewall extending basically in the longitudinal direction and the seal is formed on the basically longitudinally extending sidewall of the head structure of the filter element.
Compressed Air Pulse Cleaning System Without Blow Tube
A filter device including at least one filter element adapted to filter a raw fluid and having a raw fluid side and a clean fluid side, the filter element having a clean fluid outlet arranged on the clean fluid side and extending in a first plane, at least one clean fluid collecting channel into which the clean fluid outlet opens; at least one compressed-air cleaning-off device adapted to generate a pressure pulse for cleaning-off foreign matter adhering to the filter element and to conduct the same through the clean fluid outlet to the filter element, wherein the compressed-air cleaning-off device is adapted to conduct the pressure pulse at least approximately along the first plane to the clean fluid outlet, wherein the compressed-air cleaning-off device comprises a compressed-air supply channel operationally coupled to a clean fluid collecting channel outlet and adapted to charge the clean fluid collecting channel with pressure pulses.
