Method for regenerating exhaust gas filter and exhaust gas filter impregnation system
A method for regenerating an exhaust gas filter on which soot is deposited, including sequentially conducting: a step 1 of impregnating the filter with a liquid having 50% by mass or more of a component having a boiling point of 550° C. or less when an ambient temperature in the filter is at least 40° C. lower than the boiling point; a step 2 of raising the ambient temperature in the filter after the impregnation to a temperature equal to or higher than the boiling point of the component; and a step 3 of supplying an oxygen-containing gas at a temperature exceeding 550° C. to the filter to burn the soot.
SELF-CONTAINED NITROGEN GENERATOR
An apparatus and method for nitrogen production from compressed air. The apparatus is a portable compact unit including a compressed air input, a nitrogen generator configured to receive compressed air from a compressor through the compressed air input, a nitrogen storage vessel configured to store pressurized nitrogen, and a compressor failure monitor disposed between the compressed air input and the nitrogen generator. The compressor failure monitor can be in combination with an air dryer device, wherein the compressor failure monitor is configured to monitor a change in air pressure and/or air temperature at or from the air dryer, which can indicate compressor issues.
Membrane method processing system and process for high-concentration salt-containing organic waste liquid incineration exhaust gas
A membrane method processing system and process for a high-concentration salt-containing organic waste liquid incineration exhaust gas is described. The system consists essentially of a waste liquid incinerator (I), a gas-solid separator (II), a heat exchanger (III), an air blower (IV), an anti-caking agent storage tank (V), a membrane method dust cleaner (VI), an induced draft fan (VII), a check valve (VIII), and a desulfurization tower (IX). The present invention introduces the dust collecting membrane into the tail gas treatment system and utilizes the small pore size and high porosity of the dust collecting membrane to prevent inorganic salt particles from entering the internal of the filter material and agglomerating there. When the humidity of the gas entering the dust collector increases during the dust removing process, the anti-caking agent is also introduced into the tail gas treatment system to change the surface structure of the inorganic salt crystal to prevent the crystal from agglomeration.
HEATING CHAMBER FOR MEASURING CARBONACEOUS AEROSOL AND A DEVICE COMPRISING THE SAID CHAMBER
The present invention belongs to the field of systems adapted for detection and quantification of carbonaceous aerosol. It relates to an improved heating chamber for a device for measuring carbonaceous aerosol, the chamber comprising at least: an upper part and a lower part with a ring for closing and holes for pins through which heaters receive the voltage needed for heating; an inlet for leading the sampled air to a filter and a system of valves, which regulates the sampled air flow and air flow during the analysis; two heaters encasing the filter, each heater comprising at least a housing and a heating wire, wherein the first heater is installed in the upper part and the second heater is installed in the lower part, wherein the distance of the heaters from the filter is from 1 to 10 mm, and wherein the heaters are controlled with electronics; and an outlet for leading the created CO.sub.2 towards a CO.sub.2 detector.
AIR PURIFICATION DEVICE AND INTELLIGENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
An air purification device and an intelligent management system are provided. The air purification device includes: a control module, a storage module storing a map data of a predetermined area, a first sensor module including a particulate matter sensor, and a moving module. The first sensor module and the moving module are electrically connected to the control module. The control module obtains a first route according to the map data and drives the moving module to perform air quality detection procedures at a plurality of locations of the predetermined area, respectively, according to the first route and the particulate matter sensor, the control module obtains a plurality of air quality parameters of the locations, generates a second route according to a first sequence of the air quality parameters, and drives the moving module according to the second route, so as to perform a plurality of air purification procedures.
High-temperature dust removal and filtering apparatus, high-temperature dust removal and filtering system, and continuous dust removal and filtering method
A high-temperature dust removal and filtering apparatus, comprising a set of high-temperature dust removal and filtering devices and a pre-heating apparatus and regeneration apparatus provided for the high-temperature dust removal and filtering devices; a high-temperature dust removal and filtering system, comprising two or more sets of high-temperature dust removal and filtering devices, and a pre-heating apparatus and regeneration apparatus provided for the high-temperature dust removal and filtering devices; a continuous dust removal and filtering method consisting of two or more sets of high-temperature dust removal and filtering devices and a pre-heating apparatus and regeneration apparatus provided for the high-temperature dust removal and filtering devices. Said method is implemented with a high-temperature dust removal and filtering system capable of switching. The high-temperature dust removal and filtering system always keeps one or more sets of high-temperature dust removal and filtering devices in a normal filtering state.
Self-cleaning air filter system
A method of operating a cleaning process on a filter in a vehicle air intake includes passing air through the filter from an upstream side to a downstream side, and providing an exhaust duct having an inlet end adjacent the upstream side of the filter and an outlet end adjacent a cooling fan or other air-extraction device of the vehicle arranged to draw air through the exhaust duct from the inlet end to the outlet end. In a periodic cleaning subroutine, the rotational speed of the fan is increased from a first speed to a second speed, while a pulse of pressurized fluid is applied to a downstream side of the filter. The exhaust duct carries away material dislodged from the upstream side of the filter by the applied pulse, and the rotational speed of the fan is reduced to its original level.
