Assemblies; components and filter features thereof; and, methods of use and assembly

An air cleaner assembly is disclosed, along with related methods. In one aspect, the air cleaner assembly has a housing including a housing body and a removable cover that together define an interior volume for holding a filter cartridge. The housing body can include a first plurality of lugs, wherein each of the first plurality of lugs has a first engagement surface disposed at a first angle that is oblique to a rotational plane of the cover. A second plurality of lugs can be provided on the cover, wherein each of the second plurality of lugs has a second engagement surface disposed at the first angle. A lock mechanism can also be provided that is disposed on the cover, wherein the lock mechanism includes a lock member axially movable between a locked position and an unlocked position to selectively secure the cover to the housing body.

BI-DIRECTIONAL FILTERING AIR CIRCULATION COVER FOR CARDAN SHAFTS

An air circulation cover which provides circulation of air between the inner volume and the external environment and the yoke shaft and the sleeve yoke of the cardan shaft, and prevents the ingress of foreign matter into the inner volume. The cover has a ring-shaped main body providing air passage to the center part, a body support member that seats the main body inside the cover assembly housing, a diaphragm mounted in the center section of body support element, air slots providing air passage located on the body of diaphragm, a wide surface filter element, a filter support element and a body outer edge.

Filter elements, coalescing baffles, filtration vessel and methods

Improvements to filtration and vessels such as for filtration and coalescing of gas streams are shown. A filter element with a partial treated region and untreated region such as providing different surface energies or other filtration characteristics are provided. Various keying arrangements for compatibility and/or rotational locking are shown between the filtration vessel, a tubular coalescing baffle, and/or filter element. The tubular coalescing baffle also may include non-louvered pore structure, which provides for more even flow in a two stage type filtration vessel to prevent premature exiting and reduction of flow velocities along the second stage, and/or may additionally or alternatively include drainage apertures such as drain slot formed along a gravitational bottom or otherwise to facilitate additional drainage of coalesced liquid as opposed to letting such liquid be forced through fluid velocity toward the open end of the tubular baffle.

AIR FILTER SYSTEM FOR A UTILITY VEHICLE

An air filter system for a utility vehicle includes a filter housing, a coarse filter located on an inlet side and accommodated in the filter housing, a fine filter arranged downstream in a filter operating direction of an airflow to be cleaned, and a cleaning arrangement accommodated in the filter housing for purging dirt particles separated at least in the fine filter counter to the filter operating direction.

Biological Fluid Filtration System

A biological fluid filtration system for scanning a biological fluid so as to filter potentially undesirable constituents from the biological fluid for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. The biological fluid filtration system generally includes a fluid receiving device adapted to receive a biological fluid. A valve including an inlet, a first outlet, and a second outlet is fluidly connected to the fluid receiving device. The biological fluid within the fluid receiving device is scanned by a scanner to produce scanned data relating to the biological fluid. A control unit in communication with the scanner and the valve receives the scanned data and controls the valve based on the scanned data. The valve is controlled to direct the biological fluid through either the first or second outlet of the valve depending upon the constituents of the biological fluid identified by the control unit.
