Pulse jet air cleaner systems, components, and, methods
Pulse jet air cleaner systems, components and methods are described. The features relate to air cleaner housings that include a cartridge receiving section. Features described relate to a possible two-stage construction, a possible pulse jet accumulator section, pulse jet equipment for cleaning a filter cartridge positioned within the air cleaner; possible evacuation valve arrangements for projection of dust from the air cleaners; and other example features. Methods of assembly and use are also provided.
Vacuum cleaner filtration system with filter cleaning mode
A vacuum cleaner filtration system having a primary separation system and a filter downstream of the primary separation system. The filter has an upstream side to receive an airflow exiting the primary separation system, and a downstream side fluidly opposite the upstream side. The system has a vacuum fan, a primary suction path between the filter's downstream side and the vacuum fan, a valve in the primary suction path and configured to selectively position to block the primary suction path and create a closed passage at the filter's downstream side, and a secondary suction path between the filter's upstream side and the vacuum fan. A secondary filtration system is in the secondary suction path to separate dirt from an airflow passing therethrough, to thereby clean dirt from the filter's upstream side. A nozzle may be provided to concentrate the air flow as it enters the secondary suction path.
Diverted Pulse Jet Cleaning Device and System
A pulse jet cleaning system is disclosed having at least one diverter device and having at least one control valve configured for receiving pulse air from a pulse air manifold and controllably passing a pulse of pulse air downstream to clean the filter assemblies. The at least one diverter is configured for receiving the pulse from the control valve and diverting the pulse into a plurality of outlet ports for providing pulse air to at least two blowpipes for cleaning a filter assembly.
FILTER ELEMENT HAVING INNER SUPPORT AND METHODS
A filter element includes a construction of pleated filter media defining an interior volume. First and second opposite end caps are secured to opposite ends of the filter media. A support structure supports the filter media and is operably oriented in the interior volume. The support structure extends from the first opposing interior face to the second opposing interior face. The support structure is provided to extend less than a full extension between the first end cap and second end cap.
FILTER SYSTEMS WITH DIRTY AIR CHAMBER SPACER ELEMENTS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
Filter systems and methods described herein include one or more spacer elements positioned in the dirty air chamber along with the filter elements attached to the spacer elements. The dirty air inlet delivers a dirty air stream into the dirty air chamber along a dirty air flow axis.
Valve, Use of Such Valve, Separator Comprising Such Valve and Method of Cleaning a Separator Body
The present disclosure provides a valve (123), comprising a channel body (1231) defining a bent channel space, an elastically flexible membrane (1233), which separates a control space (Sc) from a flow space (Sf) in the channel space, a control connection (1232), providing a fluid connection to the control space (Sc), The control space (Sc) is provided at a radially outermost portion (Co) of the channel space, as per a channel bending radius (Ro), such that the membrane (1233) is flexible between an open position, whereby a cross section of the flow space (Sf) is substantially that of the channel, and a closed position, whereby the membrane substantially seals against a radially innermost portion (Ci) of the channel, as per the channel bending radius (Ri). Use of the valve in a separator is disclosed, as well as a separator comprising such valve and a method of cleaning a separator body.
PULSE AIR CLEANER SYSTEM WITH PULSE TUBE EXTENSION
An assembly and system of an air cleaner for a vehicle is described herein. The air cleaner assembly and systems include a filter cartridge extending along a longitudinal axis between a first filter end and a second filter end. The filter cartridge includes filter media configured to filter air passing through the filter media. The filter cartridge includes a cartridge passage defined by an inner filter surface of the filter cartridge. The air cleaner assembly and systems also include a pulse tube extension coupled to the filter cartridge and extending into the cartridge passage along the longitudinal axis such that an outer tube surface of the pulse tube extension faces the inner filter surface of the filter cartridge. The pulse tube extension defines a tube passage located within the cartridge passage.

Air filter cleaning device and parts and methods of use thereof
The present invention concerns an air filter cleaning device having a rotating stage on which an air filter to be cleaned is seated and rotated about its central axis; and an inner outlet head configured to extend through a central opening of the rotating stage and be vertically moveable between a lower position and an upper position at least parallel to the central axis of the air filter, said outlet head having at least one gas outlet for discharging pressurized air outwardly through at least one wall of the air filter for dislodging contaminants; an outer vacuum head located externally to the air filter for suctioning the contaminants dislodged from the air filter by the inner outlet head wherein the inner outlet head is further configured such that the lower position is located less than about 1,500 mm above a support surface for the cleaning device.
Filter Arrangement and Method
