FILTER DEVICES FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING APPARATUSES

Disclosed herein are filter devices for additive manufacturing apparatuses that include a filter device inlet that receives a processable medium from an additive manufacturing apparatus, a filter module that separates particulates and inert gas from the processable medium, the filter module including a filter housing with a filter housing inlet that is fluidly connected to the filter device inlet to receive the processable medium, a primary filter mounted within an interior of the filter housing, a rotatable nozzle mounted to the filter housing and at least partially positioned within the primary filter, wherein the rotatable nozzle ejects a cleaning gas in a radial direction toward the primary filter during a cleaning operation, a collection container fluidly connected to the filter housing, and a filter device inert gas outlet that discharges the inert gas.

Filter cleaning system for use with an external mounted filter assembly including timer activated functionality

A system for cleaning a filter mounted over an intake opening of an air handling unit. A conduit is secured to an elevated location of the unit and includes a plurality of spaced nozzles arrayed against the filter. A supply tube connects to the conduit for supplying a pressurized fluid through the nozzles in order to clear debris from an exterior of the mounted filter. The pressurized fluid includes either of a liquid (typically water) or a compressed air provided from any of a source or a supply reservoir. A pump is incorporated into the supply tube for pressurizing the fluid. A filter incorporated into the supply tube filters the pressurized fluid prior to delivery to spray issuing conduit. A processor/controller is provided in combination with an arrangement of control valves for providing timed sequenced washing of the filters. A collection basin is provided for recycling used liquid for re-delivery and re-use through the spray delivery conduits.

Method for Purifying Dust-containing Gas with Positive Pressure

A method for purifying dust-containing gas with positive pressure, which relates to the field of air pollution control technology, includes: transporting the dust-containing gas into a cyclone device by the positive pressure; removing at least a portion of dust from the dust-containing gas by a centrifugal cyclone part of the cyclone device; entering into a settling chamber, for the dust-containing gas which has been purified in the cyclone device, wherein at least a portion of dust is settled down in the settling chamber with collision under an action of inertial force carried by the dust-containing gas; and proceeding to enter and purify in a purifying chamber, for the dust-containing gas which has been settled down in the settling chamber, wherein a purified gas flows out from an outlet of the purifying chamber.
