The filter cleaning mechanism further includes an actuator moveable between a first actuator position and a second actuator position, in which the actuator is moved closer to the anvil than in the first position, and a first spring biasing the striker toward the anvil.
RADIATOR SCREEN DEVICE
A radiator screen device for a construction machine, an agricultural machine, or an industrial vehicle, each having a vehicle body and a radiator, includes a screen to filter dust contained in cooling air flowing toward the radiator, and a dust removing member disposed upstream of the radiator with respect to a flowing direction of cooling air and movable relative to the screen in contact with a surface of the screen to remove dust attached to the screen. The dust removing member and the screen are supported by the vehicle body. One of the dust removing member and the screen is vibrated relative to the other of the dust removing member and the screen by vibration of the vehicle body.
DUST FILTER BARREL
A dust filter barrel includes a sheet filter cylinder, a mesh cylinder and a fixation base. The sheet filter cylinder has two end faces, an inner layer and an outer layer laminated on the inner layer; wherein the inner layer has a plurality of pores having a first pore diameter, the outer layer has a plurality of pores having a second pore diameter, and the second pore diameter is smaller than the first pore diameter. The mesh cylinder is non-contact with the outer layer of the sheet filter cylinder and sleeved outside the sheet filter cylinder and has two end faces. The fixation base has a first and second cover bodies disposed on the two end faces of the sheet filter cylinder and the mesh cylinder respectively, and the second cover body is formed with at least one opening communicated with the sheet filter cylinder.
Dust Remover for Vacuum Cleaner
A dust remover for a vacuum cleaner is provided inside a filter and is rotated by a motor. The dust remover includes: a rigid rotary member perpendicularly coupled to an output shaft of the motor to be rotated according to a rotation of the output shaft; a rotating buffer member assembled with an end portion of the rigid rotary member to be rotatable around a rotary shaft that is in parallel with the output shaft; a striking member having an end portion fixed to the rotating buffer member and another end portion contacting the filter; and an elastic member having an end portion coupled to the rotating buffer member and another end portion coupled to the rigid rotary member so as to apply an elastic recovery force to the rotating buffer member to rotate in a direction in which the rigid rotary member rotates.
SCRUBBER, ALD PROCESS SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SCRUBBER AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE USING THE SCRUBBER
A method of fabricating a semiconductor device includes providing a wafer inside a process chamber, performing an ALD (atomic layer deposition) process inside the process chamber to deposit titanium nitride on the wafer, providing a process gas used for the ALD process to a scrubber, filtering a first powder contained in the process gas, using a filter unit disposed in the scrubber and including a plurality of filters, adsorbing a second powder remaining in the process gas after passing through the filter unit, using a fin structure extending in a vertical direction inside the filter unit, and exhausting the process gas, from which the first and second powders are removed, from the scrubber.

Method and Device for Continuously Drying Bulk Goods
The invention relates to a method for drying moist products, in particular moist granules for producing pharmaceutical products through which a fluid medium flows in a reactor chamber of a bulk goods dryer and which are heated and placed on a fluid medium-permeable inflow base. The inflow base is vibrated via a vibrational drive in order to convey the products from a product inlet to a product outlet, and the fluid medium is supplied to separate chambers arranged upstream of an outlet and to the outlet after flowing through the inflow base and the product. One of the at least two separate chambers is preselectably closed off from the outlet by actuating a closing element such that after the closing element has been actuated, the supply of the fluid medium to the outlet is carried out via a chamber which is not closed by another closing element, and a fluid medium filter element paired with the closed chamber is cleaned via a pulse emitter after the closing element of said chamber is actuated in the closing direction while the fluid medium is continuously supplied to a non-closed chamber.

APPARATUS COMPRISING A FILTERING DEVICE AND RELATIVE CLEANING SYSTEM
An apparatus comprises a filtering device which includes a plurality of filtering elements made of a filter material. The apparatus further comprises a cleaning system for periodically cleaning the filtering device in order to remove contaminating particles from the filtering device. The cleaning system has at least one percussion element for applying percussions at least on an impact surface of an intermediate structure, so as to generate, for each percussion, an impact which is able to detach from the filter material a first fraction of the contaminating particles adhering to the filter material and then vibrate the filter material to detach from it further contaminants. The intermediate structure, which is interposed between the percussion element and the filter material, has an inner region delimited at least partly by the impact surface and an outer region which surrounds at least partly the inner region. The intermediate structure has a capacity to absorb the energy deriving from the percussion which is greater in the inner region than in the outer region.
