The core component of the device is a purification system; the purification system comprises a headstock, a container and a purification system which are connected with the back of the headstock, and the purification system is arranged in the container, and comprises a purification tower I and a purification tower II, wherein the purification tower I comprises a tower body I, corona electrodes I and conductive filters; the purification tower II comprises a tower body II, corona electrodes II, a sprinkler system and electrofiltration coupling units.
Method and apparatus for treating biogas
Multiple risers are provided to perform different steps in a biogas water wash process. The risers may include absorption risers, flashing risers, and stripping risers. In each riser, the inlets to provide fluids to the riser and outlets to remove fluids from the risers are provided at one end of the riser. Each riser may then be located substantially below grade such that the end with the inlets and outlets is accessible at or just above the ground level. The risers within each step of the water wash process may be connected in series, parallel, or a combination thereof. The risers may also be constructed of a polyethylene material to reduce cost and weight of the water wash system.
EXHAUST GAS TREATMENT FACILITY
An exhaust gas treatment facility includes: a combustion chamber for combustion-treating an exhaust gas; a nozzle for letting water flow along an inner wall surface of the combustion chamber; a water-feeding line for supplying water to the nozzle; a primary gas-cleaning chamber; a scrubber; and the like. The water-feeding line has a pipe, a pump, and pipes. An alkali-adding apparatus is provided on the pipe on an upstream side of the pump. The alkali-adding apparatus is controlled so as to regulate a detected pH by a pH meter to be 10 or higher.
Crossflow scrubbing method and apparatus to produce a product such as potassium thiosulfate or ammonium thiosulfate
A method and a facility for wet-scrubbing sulfur dioxide to produce, for example, potassium thiosulfate or ammonium thiosulfate. The facility includes a multi-section vessel having multiple horizontally disposed stages where a preceding stage passes partially-scrubbed waste gas to a succeeding stage. Each stage has a scrubber mechanism to scrub waste gas with circulating fluid that successively reduces waste gas concentration before atmospheric discharge. The scrubber mechanism may include a packing to facilitate absorption of waste gas by the fluid, a sump disposed at the output of the stage to receive fluid as it drains from the packing, and a circulation pump to circulate fluid from the sump to its packing and to cascade at least a portion of the fluid back to a preceding stage. A portion of the fluid is extracted from the facility and reacted in a reaction vessel with a cation to produce ammonium thiosulfate or potassium thiosulfate.
Method for revamping a CO2 removal section for purification of a hydrogen-containing gas
A method for revamping a CO2 removal section for removing carbon dioxide from a hydrogen-containing synthesis gas, wherein the CO2 removal section comprises an absorption section (2) wherein carbon dioxide is transferred to an absorbing solution and a stripping tower (3) for regeneration of the CO2-loaded solution, said stripping tower comprising an upper zone (4) where a first gaseous CO2 stream (10) and a partially regenerated semi-lean solution (11) are produced, and a lower zone (5) acting as a stripping zone where a second gaseous CO2 stream (12) and a lean regenerated solution are produced, the second CO2 stream (12) being a substantially pure stream containing less hydrogen and impurities than the first CO2 stream, and wherein the method of revamping provides the installation of sealing means (16) inside the stripping tower (3), arranged to isolate said second gaseous CO2 stream (12) from the first stream (10), so that the second stream (12) can be exported separately.
System and method for washing and treating fermentation odor and combustion flue gas
A washing treatment system includes an odor and flue gas washing tower, a biological deodorization filtering tower, a multifunctional biomass combustion boiler, a liquid fermentation reactor, a solid fermentation reactor, circulating pumps, an exhaust fan and an induced draft fan. An exhaust port is formed in a top end cover of the odor and flue gas washing tower. A liquid inlet, an air inlet and a liquid drainage port are formed in a side wall of a tank body. A hanging basket is placed in the tank body. Organic fillers and/or inorganic fillers are placed in the hanging basket. An inner cavity of the washing tower is divided into a liquid inlet shunting cavity, a filler layer, an air cavity and a liquid accumulation cavity from top to bottom. An upper supernatant in the liquid fermentation reactor is connected with the liquid inlet for washing.
TORQUE VECTORING FOR UTILITY VEHICLES
A utility vehicle is configured for independently controlling torque at each of the ground-engaging members.
PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR RECOVERING CATALYST FROM A PRODUCT STREAM
A process for recovering catalyst from a fluidized catalytic reactor effluent is disclosed comprising reacting a reactant stream by contact with a stream of fluidized catalyst to provide a vaporous reactor effluent stream comprising catalyst and products. The vaporous reactor effluent stream is contacted with a liquid coolant stream to cool it and transfer the catalyst into the liquid coolant stream. A catalyst lean vaporous reactor effluent stream is separated from a catalyst rich liquid coolant stream. A return catalyst stream is separated from the catalyst rich liquid coolant stream to provide a catalyst lean liquid coolant stream, and the return catalyst stream is transported back to said reacting step.
ORGANIC IODINE TRAPPING APPARATUS
There is provided an organic iodine trapping apparatus that can efficiently trap an organic iodine without using complicated or large equipment. An organic iodine trapping apparatus 30 is an apparatus that traps an organic iodine, including: a trapping vessel 1 through which gas containing an organic iodine is passed; an organic iodine remover 2 (Example: trihexyl (tetradecyl) phosphonium chloride, or the like) that is disposed in or injected into the trapping vessel 1 and decomposes the organic iodine; and a trapping material 3 that is disposed in or injected into the trapping vessel 1 and traps iodine ions generated by decomposition of the organic iodine, in which the trapping material 3 is a metal (Example: silver or the like) or a metal compound (Example: silver chloride, silver oxide, or the like).
