A claw machine includes a compartment for containing multiple prizes, a crane module movable in the compartment, a chute, a claw module, a turntable, a coin module, a control system, and an operation module including at least one joy stick and at least one button. In operation, the control system actuates the turntable module. A player is allowed to operate the joy stick and the button to move the crane module, to lift and lower the claw module relative to the crane module, to open and close the claw module to fetch a desired one of prizes, and to open the claw module to drop the desired prize onto the turntable module. The turntable module casts the desired prize toward the chute in a centrifugal manner.

A video streaming apparatus according to the present invention includes an encoding section configured to perform interframe coding of video taken by an imaging section and generate an encoded video stream; and a reference frame generation management section configured to receive a stop signal of reference frame generation or a resume signal of reference frame generation from a receiving terminal of the encoded video stream, in which when the reference frame generation management section receives the stop signal of reference frame generation, the encoding section stops reference frame generation, and when the reference frame generation management section receives the resume signal of reference frame generation, the encoding section resumes reference frame generation and performs interframe coding.

A spinner (100) adapted to spin on a surface comprising: a spinning mechanism (300) activated by a string (142); a structure encapsulating the spinning mechanism (300); a plurality of tentacles (110) having two ends, wherein each tentacle (110) is in connected to the structure on one end and terminated with a connector on the free end; a flywheel (122) having a tip (121), wherein the flywheel (122) is connected to the spinning mechanism (300) from the opposite side of the tip (121); and wherein upon pulling the string (142) the spinner (100) spins, wherein the tip (121) is in contact with the surface and the plurality of tentacles (110) are slightly elevated above the surface while the spinner (100) spins.

Setting Device for Claw Machine
A setting device for a claw machine is disclosed. The setting device includes: a cabinet, containing therein prizes; a movable gantry assembly, being installed at a top of the cabinet; a claw member, attached to the gantry assembly from below through a string; and a control device, installed outside the cabinet. The control device has a control circuit module, a joystick, a color liquid crystal display, a music player, and a button. After putting one or more coins, a player is allowed to operate the joystick of the control device to displace the gantry assembly and the claw member. The cabinet has a collection hole communicating with the exterior. The color liquid crystal display displays a setting interface. The disclosed device allows a machine owner to easily set relevant setting items through the setting interface so as to provide players with variable playing experiences and in turn increasing revenues of the claw machine.
