POLYAMIDE COMPOSITE REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention belongs to the technical field of membranes, and in particular relates to a polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane and to a preparation method thereof. The polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane provided by the present invention comprises: a nascent membrane and a temperature-responsive polypeptide grafted to a surface of the nascent membrane; the nascent membrane comprises a support layer and a polyamide separation layer joined to the support layer; the temperature-responsive polypeptide is a homopolymeric (L-glutamate) containing oligo(ethylene glycol). The polyamide composite reverse osmosis membrane provided in the present invention has excellent pollution resistance and oxidation resistance capabilities, has a low difficulty of cleaning, and has extremely broad market prospects.

POLYIMIDE COMPOSITION

A preparation method of separation membrane is provided. First, a polyimide composition including a dissolvable polyimide, a crosslinking agent, and a solvent is provided. The dissolvable polyimide is represented by formula 1:

The crosslinking agent is an aziridine crosslinking agent, an isocyanate crosslinking agent, an epoxy crosslinking agent, a diamine crosslinking agent, or a triamine crosslinking agent. A crosslinking process is performed on the polyimide composition. The polyimide composition which has been subjected to the crosslinking process is coated on a substrate to form a polyimide membrane. A dry phase inversion process is performed on the polyimide membrane.

The Invention discloses a preparation method for a triptyl polymer separation membrane, wherein, it comprises the following steps: take triptycene compound containing active group, dichloride compound and diamino compound containing ether bond as monomers, and conduct polymerization in aprotic organic solvent in the presence of acid-binding agent; pour the obtained polymer solution into deionized water for precipitation after the reaction, filter out precipitates and wash with methanol and dry to get triptyl polymer; dissolve the triptyl polymer in aprotic organic solvent to produce a membrane-casting solution, apply the solution on support and dry to get a triptyl polymer separation membrane. The Invention solves the problem that the reticular polymer material is insoluble, and breaks the restriction for application of such material in separation membrane due to its insoluble and aging features.
