Hollow Fiber Membranes and Preparation Method and Use Thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of membrane separation, and discloses a hollow fiber membrane and preparation method and use thereof. The hollow fiber membrane includes a support, a selective layer, and a transition layer between the support and the selective layer, wherein at least a portion of the transition layer is embedded in the support. The hollow fiber membrane has a high selectivity and good mechanical properties.
HIGHLY SELECTIVE ACID-RESISTANT POLYAMIDE NANOFILTRATION MEMBRANE CONTAINING TROGER'S BASE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses a highly selective acid-resistant polyamide nanofiltration membrane containing Trger's base and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises: preparing a Trger's base phenylenediamine monomer, dissolving the monomer together with polyethersulfone in a polar solvent to prepare a casting solution, and then coating the casting solution on a non-woven fabric to prepare a polyethersulfone support membrane with a surface rich in PDA-TB by non-solvent induced phase separation, and finally contacting with a polyacyl chloride solution by one side to perform a polymerization reaction to prepare a highly selective acid-resistant polyamide nanofiltration membrane containing Trger's base. Compared with the conventional poly(piperazine-amide) nanofiltration membrane, the nanofiltration membrane of the present invention has greatly improved acid resistance and higher separation selectivity.
POLYARYLETHERSULFONE COPOLYMER HAVING IMPROVED HYDROPHILICITY
A polyarylethersulfone (PAES) copolymer, a process for preparing the PAES copolymer, an article such as a film, fiber, membrane or a part thereof comprising the PAES copolymer, the use of the PAES copolymer in the preparation of an article, a polymer solution comprising the PAES copolymer, and a method for using such article for aqueous medium treatment. The PAES copolymer is a random polymer which comprises at least two types of recurring units, one of which being derived from condensation of a diol and a dihalogenated alkylene oxide, while the other type of recurring units is derived from condensation of the same diol and a dihalodiphenylsulfone. The diol may be aromatic or alicyclic. The dihalogenated alkylene oxide preferably has at most 9 carbon atoms and/or at most 4 oxygen atoms.
