Dartboard scoring system
A system for scoring darts that includes multiple cameras placed substantially parallel to the surface of a dartboard. With a field of view extending across the board, the cameras can be configured to capture images of darts projecting outwardly from the board as they are thrown, and the system can use this image data to calculate the location of each dart, and the corresponding score. Various algorithms may be used to orient the system and calibrate the system to account for irregularities in the images captured by the cameras to accurately determine the location. Proper scoring may be achieved for a variety of dartboards with different patterns of scoring regions based on game rules and corresponding board configurations maintained by the system.
Pitcher Statistics Tracking and Monitoring System
A pitch count system monitors pitch count data for baseball and softball pitchers so that coaches, officials and team administrators can know when a team's pitcher is approaching or has reached pitch count limits. The system may register information upon game completion and/or enable live updating during game play, and may make updated pitch count information available to each team. The system may allow coaches to view their opponents' reports so that coaches can know who is not eligible to pitch against them on a certain day, or after a certain point in time as a game progresses. Further, the system may provide leagues and governing associations with an oversight mechanism to ensure that teams are adhering to the prescribed pitch count regulations.
Board game dial
A board game dial for use with a board game includes a cylindrical body having a top surface. A first attribute track extending from the top surface is provided, wherein the first attribute track having a first plurality of numerical values representing a first attribute for a game player. A second attribute track is provided having a second plurality of numerical values representing a second attribute for the game player. A third attribute track is provided having a second plurality of numerical values representing a third attribute for the game player. The top surface is magnetic enabling a magnetic game character piece or a magnetic or non-magnetic token to attach to the top surface such that the board game dial is identified with a game player.
