Support structure for fluid treatment systems having belted filtration systems
The present technology is directed generally to fluid treatment systems. In particular, several embodiments are directed toward filter supports configured to be positioned adjacent a filter belt within a filter belt filtration system. In one embodiment, the filter support can have a longitudinal axis generally parallel to the direction of movement of the filter belt. The filter support can include a plurality of struts spaced apart by a plurality of openings, and at least one of the plurality of struts extends across a portion of the filter support such that a longitudinal axis of the at least one strut is positioned at an angle with respect to the longitudinal axis of the filter support.
PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE
A pressure control device includes: a body having groove-like channel containing a groove part and a widened part; a filter unit having a cylindrical frame formed of an elastic material and including a through hole part penetrating in a direction orthogonal to a central axis and a plate-shaped filter member disposed to cover the through hole part and supported on an inner side of the frame. The filter unit is accommodated in the widened part with a direction of the central axis of the frame being arranged along a depth direction of the widened part; and a separate plate installed to the body to cover the groove-like channel in a state in which the filter unit is accommodated in the widened part. The frame has a length along the central axis greater than a depth of the widened part.
FLUID FILTER
A filter element may include and endcap, filter media extending from the endcap, and a sleeve disposed at least partially surrounding the filter media. The sleeve may include an outer surface including a plurality of protrusions and a plurality of openings may be formed through the sleeve. The protrusions may direct fluid to be filtered by the filter media along a path that allows particulates to exit the fluid prior to contacting the filter media.
Carrying Case for Portable Water Filtration System
A split case adapted to hold water filtration units in a water filtration subassembly. The interior of the case holds three water filtration units arranged in series. The filtration units are in fluid communication with each other through fluid connectors. The assembly includes a water input member and a water output member, each generally positioned at opposing ends of the split case, each partially exposed to the space outside the case through apertures in the walls of the split case, and each providing fluid communication between the outside world and the water filtration subassembly.
SPA FILL HOSE FILTER
The filter includes a body, cap, and a filter media. The body includes an internal chamber and a plurality of perforations exposing the internal chamber. A filter media is positioned and retained in the internal chamber such that it covers the plurality of perforations. The internal chamber is in fluid communication with a water fill hose so as to receive water and dispense the water out of the body through the plurality of perforations after having passed through the filter media. The cap is adapted to cover the open top of the body. The cap includes a threaded passage for receiving a male threaded connector on the hose. The internal chamber is preferably filled with sanitizer preferably selected from a group consisting of an oxidizer and chlorine.
Screening Material and Screen Assembly
A screen assembly for use in vibratory separators, e.g., shale shakers. The screen assembly has a support with first and second sides, and support surfaces bounded by and connected to at least a portion of the first and second sides. Overlying and adhered to at least portions of the support surfaces is a screen which has alternating planar and undulating portions of screening material.
PRECONFIGURED SINGLE-USE FILTRATION DEVICE
A single-use filtration device (10) comprises a plurality of single-use filter capsules (12) connected with each other by rigid lines, of which at least a part is firmly mounted in a raster universally specified by a holder (14). The filter capsules (12), in particular as regards the type of filter, type of construction and/or size, and/or the connections of the filter capsules (12), are preconfigured for a desired filtration process.
SECONDARY TUBULAR COMPOSITE FILTER SOCK SEAM FILLING DEVICE AND METHOD OF USING SAME AND COMPOSITE FILTER SOCK ASSEMBLY INCORPORATING A SEAM FILLING DEVICE
A Composite Filter Sock Assembly includes a Compost Filter Sock and Secondary Tubular Seam Filling Device configured to be wedged beneath the compost filter sock on an upstream water runoff side of the compost filter sock, whereby the compost filter sock provides a pinning pressure to the Secondary Tubular Seam Filling Device and wherein the compost filter sock has a nominal diameter of 2-12 times a diameter of a tubular element of the Secondary Tubular Seam Filling Device. The Tubular Element may be least partially filled with a swell-able material such as sphagnum peat moss and may include a fastening mechanism on an exterior surface configured to facilitate coupling to a mesh tube of a compost filter sock.
SLEEVE FOR A FILTER ASSEMBLY
A filter assembly includes a housing with an inlet and an outlet. The filter assembly also includes a tubular filter element located downstream of the inlet and upstream of the outlet and a sleeve element surrounding and blocking at least a portion of the filter element.
FLAT FILTER FOR WATER TREATMENT, AND FILTER MODULE FOR WATER TREATMENT USING SAME
A flat filter for water treatment is provided. The flat filter for water treatment according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: filtration members formed in the shape of a plate having a predetermined area; support frames, which are coupled to the rim sides of the filtration members so as to support the filtration members, and have channels into/in which filtered water produced through the filtration members flows and moves; and gap adjustment members coupled to the support frames so as to adjust the gap between the filtration members adjacent to one another.
