A filter cartridge includes a filter body having a first end and a second end, and an end plug having a neck portion disposed in the first end of the filter body. The end plug includes peripheral seals disposed on its necks portions and is configured to move axially with respect to the filter body in response to forces generated by fluid pressure within the filter body during operation of the filter cartridge to force a face seal and the end plug against a seat on a filter cartridge holder. The filter cartridge holder includes a first and second platens that are spaced apart from each other to receive the filter cartridge and a clamp mechanism that can be actuated to reduce the axial spacing between the first and second platens to compress the face seal of the filter cartridge between them.

The bottom plate is disposed at a second portion of the filter unit. The bottom plate includes a plug extending from the bottom plate along an axis of elongation of the filter unit. The filter medium is disposed between the top plate and the bottom plate.

Sealing element

A sealing element (5) for a filter element (2) in a housing body (1) of a filtration device, preferably in a cross-flow filtration device. The sealing element (5) is of one-piece annular design and comprises a section for the sealing arrangement of the filter element (2) in the housing body (1) and a section for stop damping the filter element (2).

ENDPLATE WITH GUIDE FEATURE

Various example embodiments relate to a filtration system. The filtration system comprises a housing having a first housing end and a second housing end. The housing defines a central compartment therein. The housing comprises a key slot disposed on the first housing end and a housing key element protruding from the first housing end toward the second housing end. The filtration system further comprises a filter element positioned within the central compartment of the housing. The filter element has a first filter end and a second filter end. The filter element includes filter media and an endplate disposed on the first filter end. The endplate includes a central endplate opening, a key element configured for engagement with the key slot, and an installation guidance element formed along the central endplate opening. The installation guidance element is configured for engagement with the housing key element.

FILTER DEVICE

A filter device includes: a filter element including a filtration member configured to filter a liquid and an IC tag including a first antenna coil; a filter case in which the filter element is installed; and a measurement unit installed in the filter case and including an antenna including a second antenna coil. The filter device performs transmission by magnetic resonance coupling between the first antenna coil and the second antenna coil. The filter case includes a partition wall that partitions an internal space into a first region provided with the filter element and a second region not provided with the filter element and is made of metal. The measurement unit includes a housing attached to the filter case. While the housing is disposed in the filter case, a tip end of the housing is inserted in the second region.

Water-filtration device

A water-filtration device filtrates water, has a main-filtration path and a bypassing-filtration path, and comprises a filter head, a water filter, a guiding assembly and an adjusting valve movably mounted at the filter head. The guiding assembly is mounted at the filter head and connected to the water filter. An O-ring of the adjusting valve can block an end of a bypassing portion of the guiding assembly. In the main-filtration path, water entering from a water inlet of the filter head does not pass through the bypassing portion, thereby completely passing through filter materials in a first filtrating room and a second filtrating room of the water filter. Water in the bypassing-filtration path passes through the bypassing portion and the filter material in the first filtrating room. The O-ring does not reach into the bypassing portion, thereby reducing wear and damage to the O-ring, and avoiding water leakage.

FUEL FILTER

A fuel filter for filtering fuel for a motor vehicle may include a housing, a filter element arranged in the housing, and a hollow-cylindrical outlet neck arranged in the housing and in the filter element. The filter element may include a first end plate, a second end plate, a hollow-cylindrical filter body arranged therebetween, and a sealing tube arranged within the filter body. The outlet neck may be in fluid communication with an outlet of the housing at a first longitudinal end of the housing and/or may include an inlet opening facing away from the first longitudinal end of the housing. A first side of the sealing tube may be connected in a fluid-tight manner to the first end plate and a second side of the sealing tube may be disposed axially spaced apart from the first end plate and bear in a fluid-tight manner against the outlet neck.

VALVE TYPE NO FILTER NO RUN FILTRATION SYSTEM

Systems and methods for a no-filter no-run filter are provided herein. A filter assembly includes a filter head and a filter cartridge. The filter head includes a first port and a valve positioned within the first port. The filter cartridge includes a shell having a shell wall defining an internal volume and a filter element disposed within the internal volume. The filter element includes a filter media and a first endplate coupled to the filter media at a filter media first end. The first endplate includes an endplate end wall and an arm extending axially away from the endplate end wall such that the arm contacts the valve.
